Mini First Aid Avis 

The course covered a lot of ground, led by a very knowledgeable trainer who was very welcoming to grandparents, parents and parents to be. The trainer helped everyone in the group with the practical exercises.

Great delivery, clear and assured instructions and no- nonsense approach.

We are Grandparents to a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They are boys and mischievous, so we thought we needed the knowledge to deal with those little emergencies that comes with Grandparenting our little monkeys. The course covered far more than we anticipated and covered a wider age range, so was brilliant for our growing family. Shout out to Simon who delivered the course, you did a fab job.

Absolutely essential information and skills for grandparents, parents and carers! Rachel delivered such an amazing amount of information in a very relatable way and allowed us to practice - building confidence and knowledge. I’d highly recommend if you are looking after babies and children !

I was fortunate enough to win a free private first aid session for up to six people through Instagram, and we had the pleasure of welcoming Anna D’Arcy from the Cambridge team to our home for a babies and toddlers first aid course.

Anna was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly professional throughout the session. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, making us all feel comfortable and confident while learning such important skills.

Myself, my partner, and my mum all learnt an enormous amount from the course, and we genuinely came away feeling far more prepared and informed. Anna took the time to answer every question and ensured we fully understood each topic before moving on.

I cannot recommend Anna highly enough to anyone looking to learn first aid in the Cambridge area. Her passion, expertise, and caring approach made the entire experience both enjoyable and invaluable.

As a teacher, I've taken part in many first aid training sessions but the instructor Jacqui, took a balanced approach; on the one hand instructing trainees on the correct approaches and techniques whilst simultaneously acknowledging the psychological challenges you might face when forced to administer first aid to a child, particularly one of your own. As a result, I came away feeling much more prepared and confident that if needs be, I would be able to respond to an injury or medical issue appropriately.

My daughter (15) and I attended Liz Watt’s Mini First Aid Course. We both found it so helpful, interesting and practical. Liz is engaging and friendly and makes everyone feel completely at ease. Would highly recommend for adults & teens!

Me and my partner attended the mini first aid class in Braintree on the 26th May hosted by the lovely Lynn. I have done first aid at work before but despite this I learnt some good information ready for our niece and Nephew to be born. We were looking to improve our knowledge should they have any medical emergency’s whilst with us.

Really informative session! Very relaxed and friendly environment but super informative and Ciara was happy to answer any questions. It was also hands on which I think is really important. You get to put what you’re learning into practise which is always better than just being talked at!

A fantastic course for new parents, carers or even if you need a bit of a refresher for existing first aid training. We left the class feeling confident and aware. We have a one year old and a six year old, the course covered all bases. Can’t recommend it enough.
