They won’t let me return my order and keep replying offering a partial refund instead. I have declined and now they state they are in the USA and their fees are high to send back. Fraudulent way of operating. Clothes are actually an okay quality if you get the sizing correct. Leggings not suitable for maternity wear except the jumpsuit which will work.

Ordered a few bras , took 3 weeks to arrive when the website says up to 12 days ! The sizing is completely off and doesn’t match description. I asked for a refund and return, I had Awful customer service, kept offering a partial refund so they could keep my money and you still have to pay to return them. Took over a week for customer service to finally send a returns label. Few emails wouldn’t even send to them as it said “mail box was full”. Would never buy from them ever again.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered my bras on the 4 Feb 2026 and still not received them. After emailing all I get is have patience. Ive emailed asking whats the hold up again have patience. Now reading other reviews im worried I've spent so much money and they be rubbish. Do not buy worse company ever.

Still refusing to give me a return address. Quality is shocking.

Ordered 3 nursing bras. When they eventually arrived I wore one for 30 minutes when the strap snapped. I emailed for a full refund and never heard anything back. Don’t buy.

I purchased a maternity nightwear which was not of a good quality. Requested the address to return the goods for full refund. The item was of £37. When tried to return it, I was given a foreign address(outside UK). So the postage signed for to return was going to be more than the price of the goods.I complained and the company said they will refund. I have checked and I was credited with just £18 on the goods purchased for £37.

Do NOT buy these bras the company is a scam and horrible to deal with.
I bought a few of their bras and received them damaged and not fitting accordingly . I reviewed their return policy and e-mailed them as directed on the website . They do not know their own return policies and will not honour it no matter the case.
They offer you 25% refund and to keep the product and or they will send you more of the poorly made products.

If you say that you want a full refund instead they will try to make you return it on your dime to a sketchy location.
I sent them a picture of the damaged item and they refused to acknowledge that they sent damaged items plus would not send a paid return even though thier website states that’s the exception they will do a full refund. I had to fight with them for a week to get anything and I finally gave in and took a 50% refund because they were so horrible to deal with. They have zero quality control for this company and it was the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.
Do not waste your money or your time with this company it’s not worth it!

Do not buy! The quality is not good. I’m trying to return this and I keep getting the same email back stating that they will exchange for free and I get to keep the crap bras I have.

They offered me a discount to keep the items, followed by a further discount. Now telling me I need to pay return postage when the items are FAULTY. They will not sort the refund!

So bad. Would get a better bra on temu . The clips that your supposed.tp open yourself to feed your baby you can't even reach. There.too far.back. scamming bumping.bastards.

Absolutely shambolic. Total scam. Clothes were not suitable for pregnancy. Sizes far too small. Really poor communication from the company and full refund not an option even though they promise it. Avoid at all costs.

So annoyed at myself for not looking at trust pilot before spending so much on the worst bras in existence. The quality is worse than you'd expect from Temu or Shein. The bras are unwearable, not smooth and bulge under your clothes. Beyond horrible. There is no support at all and barely enough fabric to be classed as a bra. Waiting for a response from the seller to process a refund on these defective products but looking at the other reviews it looks like I'll have to go through my bank.

Avoid, don't bother, just pay for proper bras from somewhere actually UK based.

Appalling quality.
I ordered a jumper for my pregnant daughter. It was knitted with what looked like string, posing as cotton.
The jumper is shapeless, no labels whatsoever .Nothing like the photograph.
What a scam.

I ordered a bra and some leggings with “express delivery”. They took several weeks (probably a month actually) to arrive from China which is not what is suggested on their website. I ordered a L in the bra; my back size is not L but my cup size according to their website is. The bra is not supportive at all, the back rides all the way up, the cups are too small etc. very disappointed with the bra. The leggings are ok but are clearly cheap material. Neither arrived with tags on suggesting they are new so I am presuming my items have already been returned… (unless all are like this). Don’t bother with this website, products are absolutely NOT as advertised and they take forever to arrive (if at all looking at other reviews).

These are fake as funny enough you cannot make your own reviews on the website at all.
I checked the sizing table and ordered the buy 2 get 1 free bra thought great all sorted, oh how wrong I was!
It took over a month to receive the bras
Whilst waiting for the bras I contacted them asking them to cancel the order as was taking too long, funny enough they wouldn't cancel and advised they were on the way.
I received them, opened them and what a complete and utter load of cheap, crappy material made into what they call a nursing bra but certainly not what I would call it!
They wouldn't even fit a child who is just starting in bras the sizing table is complete and utter crap I didn't even need to try the bras on it was easy to see there was no way they would fit!
I bought these 3 bras on a promotion for a higher price than i should have paid somewhere else on a proper and genuine uk website.
Due to the absolute ridiculous and hideous sizing I emailed and requested to return the bras and receive a full refund.
Please be aware this is the last thing they want!
I offered to keep the bras I'd bought and exchange for a different size.
I explained that I didn't want the bras as the sizing is complete incorrect and also the fact it took so long for the first lot of bras to arrive I wasnt prepared to wait any longer for another set that still wouldnt fit.
They then offered me a 25% refund and to keep the bras, which I again rejected this off2r and told them I wanted a full refund and to just advise how to send back.
I then received a further email where I was offered either a 50% refund and to keep the bras or I could return them at my cost to America!

Unfortunatley and extremely reluctantly I decided to accept the 50% refund as I advised them it would cost more to send the bras back than it did to buy them in the first place.
I also told them they needed to update their website with this information as I surely couldnt be the first nor ever be the last and I felt they were being unfair to people not advising any of this until the people end up having th same issue and then they find out like I did.
Please avoid this website, do not use such a waste of money and you'll never get your money back.
I noticed when you do send them back they advise they review the items first to check if they are in a suitable condition for you to receive a full refund but I guarantee that they will make out the items are not in order to never provide a full refund to you.

Firstly, "free express shipping" is far from "express". Order took weeks to arrive from China.
Please be aware that you are essentially ordering cheap Shein/Temu quality products for a MUCH higher price. I ordered 3 bras on a Black Friday promotion, though still spent £40. I thought I was ordering a quality product. What arrives is cheap, nasty, itchy polyester, which will NOT support a breastfeeding bust and fit really poorly. Seriously, the material is gross.
Due to the hideous quality, I requested to return the bras and receive a full refund. I was instead offered to keep the bras I'd bought (?!) and exchange for a different size. I explained that I don't want the bras and that they don't fit due to their poor quality. I was then offered a 25% refund and instead advised to keep the bras?! Again I rejected this, and was offered either a 50% reduction and keep the bras, or return them at my cost to the US?! Bonkers.
Reluctantly I accepted the 50% refund as I couldn't be bothered with more back and forth emails, but had to come here to review. Please, please avoid! Pregnancy is expensive enough without scam companies stealing more of your money!!!!

This company hides its location and the real product materials. All it states on the product page is „knitwear“ sweater, so I wrongly assumed it would be cotton. It was 100% polyester and terrible quality. Items are sent from China, with no option to return or get a full refund. A disgrace and should be banned selling in the EU.

‘Express Priority shipping’ was not the case. An item was purchased 26 days ago which still hasn’t arrived. There were no updates from the company and it needed to be chased by the customer. Should have really checked Trust Pilot beforehand. The item is now irrelevant as it was maternity wear needed for events before now.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. This has been an incredibly stressful experience during what should be a happy time in my pregnancy.

I ordered maternity leggings
Developed an allergic reaction to the material - couldn't even wear them
Item remains unworn, with tags, in original condition

The website displays ONLY in GBP and appears to be UK-based. Nowhere during checkout was it disclosed that returns must be shipped to Delaware, USA. This means return shipping costs £20-40+ internationally.

They first offered 25% refund without return
Then 50% refund without return
Finally insisted I must pay expensive international shipping to USA for a FULL refund - for THEIR faulty product that caused a health reaction

Product caused allergic reaction (health & safety issue)
Return policy and international shipping NOT disclosed before purchase
Under UK Consumer Rights Act, faulty products should have returns covered by seller
They refuse to acknowledge the health issue or take responsibility

Amelia repeatedly sent generic responses ignoring my specific concerns. Three emails, zero accountability.
Warning to Pregnant Women:
Pregnancy is already stressful and expensive. Don't risk ordering from a company that:

Hides their true location
Won't stand behind their products
Makes YOU pay to return their faulty items
Causes unnecessary stress during pregnancy

There are many reputable maternity brands with transparent policies - choose them instead.
I'm now pursuing this through my bank and Trading Standards.

I ordered about 6 bras worth over a £100 from minimama US store for a delivery to the UK. My order took so long to arrive and when it eventually did, my parcel was left outside in an open space and eventually got missing as I didn't find it when I got home. I contacted minimama store who
then conducted an investigation and said there was nothing they could do about the missing parcel and I should contact the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company but those ones also said I should contact minimama store that they couldn't help me further.
Minimama even told me to go to my local post office to ask for help as if they delivered my parcel to them. I don't trust them or their website to order anything from them again because I am yet to understand why I didn't receive my parcel and no one even provided me with an appropriate solution.
Never buying anything from them again!
