Never received product can't contact them either , email they send tracking on doesn't exist please do not shop with this company

It needs less than a star!! When I ordered I tried to cancel within an hour as the website stated you could cancel prior to despatch. They ignored that and so I had to wait a month to finally receive these utterly useless pieces of fabric. This company needs to be taken down. They sell fake items and people are falling for it. Wish I could report them somewhere.

Took a while to arrive . Bras are extremely poor quality , have no support and sized incorrectly . I’ve tried to contact them to arrange a return but support email continually jumps back. I’ve tried info email but had no response.

I don't want to give 1 star because you can't give 0. My order arrived today; I tried them on , and they are absolutely awful, from the quality and the size, there was no strength to thoe bras.

Not even 1 star. Bras a waste of material and take ages to arrive. They size you based on the measurements you supply. All back, no proper cup just padding (as if you need that!), no support. Pathetic compensation offer. No way their online ads are accurate

Mum ordered 48DD and received 36C. When contacted offered £2 then £4. Do not use this company told mum to now look at reviews before ordering as all reviews on here state do not use them

Ordered size from guidelines given. The bras don't fit. Have contacted customer service to return and get a refund. They answered back and offered a £2 refund. Told them this is unacceptable and I still want to return and get a refund to then be told it would cost too much to return to CHINA because l will have to pay shipping. They have now offered £6 and l have refused this and told them l want at least half of what l paid for the bras. I am still waiting for a reply. Rip off company

These bra’s are absolutely useless. Ordered a D cup size and they are barely a B cup so totally unwearable. Alarm bells started ringing when I was sent tracking from USA. After 10 days I asked customer service what was happening and then got sent tracking from China. Still don’t know where they actually came from! Have now contacted company for return/refund but I suspect they will just end up in the bin!

These bra’s are not fit for purpose, the sides gap tried various adjustments was no different and when I lean forward I’m half out

What a dreadful bra, totally the wrong size and totally useless to me. I tried to return them but the customer service, (and I used that term loosely!) is totally lacking.
I was told that they sent the correct item from the warehouse, that it would cost me a lot to pay for return shipping so they offered me £2 compensation to just keep the bras.
No return policy basically.
Avoid the company.

Despite supposedly being a 6xl wich is generally adequate for my size these bras are useless they are too tight and the cup size is rediculously small they took 2 weeks to arrive

Wow! I wish I had read these reviews first!
Firstly overcharged at the checkout and had to request some money back.
Was not made aware that they were sold and shipped from outside the UK, took approx 10 days to arrive.
Sizes are way off, my 36F bra arrived as a 4XL, which I’ve since figured out is a 46 something!
They’ve denied a problem yet offered £2 compensation to keep the bras, because they know that returning the bras will be costly… if I’d known they weren’t in the UK I wouldn’t have bought them.

I’ve checked their returns policy and it states that they accept returns - no they don’t, they try to fob you off with ‘compensation’ which is now up to £4 🙄 wth am I supposed to do with 3 bras that are about 5 sizes too big!

I ordered 3 bras for 'special limited price of £19.99'. I was actually charged £28.22 after they added on for vat, postage and tracking. The tracking I paid for gave a totally incorrect timeline. It took 2 weeks for the package to arrive.
The bras are TOTALLY USELESS.. Far too large around the back and underarm, despite following their size guide. They offer no support whatsoever.
I emailed them immediately after receipt and inspecting the package to claim a full refund under their 15 day returns policy. Including proof of purchase, photos of bras and photos of 2 lots of address labels all requested by them via email. There have been 13 e mails exchanged so far, with them using evasive tactics and initially offering £2, then £4 and the latest £6 compensation. Despite me reiterating on all communication I want a return address and FULL refund as promised on their website. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE P.LAGUE.

Asked to cancel the order within an hour of placing it but came back some actual drivel about why they couldn’t Please accept the parcel and look at items and time we will help you ……. laughable. The 3 bras are a complete waste of money seems others have been taken in by the spiel. Well I’ve learnt my lesson and will review every time I see the advert so others don’t waste their money. Cheap and nasty that’s all I can say and no where near the size stated

they are a complete sham. ordered 3 bras, total rubbish. they definitely don't do what they advertise they do and then refuse to refund you. don't buy from them as you won't be getting what you think you've ordered.

Whatever you do not buy from this company. Complete rip off merchants. Directors should be struck off and company liquidated. Why does the public need to put up with these unscrupulous people

I should have known it's too good to be true.

This company does not make it clear that there is NO UK returns portal. Instead they hold your money to ransom offering stupid little amounts like £2 as 'compensation' for a £20 order. Utterly ridiculous. The customer service is awful.
The bras I ordered were a terrible fit, and the advertised 'buttery soft' material is so damn slippy you end up wearing it as a scarf.
I am still trying to get a decent level of refund, but don't rate my chances.
As for rating this company, if there was a zero star option, that's what they would get.

Ordered a pack of 3 bras. They sent completely the wrong size - unwearable. When I asked for a refund, they say the correct item was sent. Clearly a scam company.

Absolutely awful ordered a coffee set months ago they keep changing the emails telling it’s been sent or it’s here or it’s here, clearly it’s a scam
