Being supportive of my case and helping me every step of the way.

My unit had to be returned for repair and it was returned to me fixed and working in only a few weeks.

On my request, they waited to ship the product so it would not arrive too early. That's good customer support!

Mijn ervaring met mijn gekochte minisforum atomman g1 pro is prima,dit is mijn tweede atomman g1 ,mijn eerste heb ik weer terug gestuurd voor een foutje. Maar deze is perfect een rustige pc loopt prima en start snel op .
Ik heb wel een 4 TB ssd geplaatst maar moest wel wel even goed kijken.... de kabels . Het is allemaal goed gegaan.
Het terugsturen ging goed in overleg met de klantenservice.
Ik gebruik de pc voor foto en videobewerking en dat gaat perfect.

after i ordered i must have made a typo as i did not get a confirmation. After contacting customer service everything was resolved within the day without any trouble.

After almost 1 year, my Minisforum mini PC stopped working
I made a warranty claim to the Minisforum factory.
They checked if the mini PC was under warranty and it was accepted ( even it wouldn't, they'd repaid as well) after 2 weeks mini PC was repaired.

Ich hatte mit dem Service wegen eines neuen N5 max zahlreichen Kontakt und viele Fragen. Stets kam die Antwort rasch. Stets war die Antwort sehr freundlich und außerordentlich kompetent. Stellte ich in meiner Email 5 Fragen, bekam ich auch fünf Antworten auf genau diese Fragen und nie Allgemeinplätze.
