Naya Small Crossbody Bag
I recently ordered the Naya Small Crossbody Bag, which is advertised as a leather bag. The size and design of the bag are as they appeared in the ad. However, the bag's straps, piping and edgings are not leather, and I don't expect these synthetics to wear well.

The bag body and shoulder straps are made of top-grain cowhide.
The wear and tear at the three locations you mentioned is due to:
1. The leather used at these three locations is relatively thin in the production process, which is a common treatment method in the sewing process. If the thickness of the seam is too thick when the material is spliced, the sewing machine will not be able to sew or the needle will break. Therefore, when multiple layers of material are spliced, the material that can reduce the thickness will be processed.
2. The locations you mentioned that are prone to wear and tear are often worn out gradually after long-term contact/friction with body clothing or other items during the use of the bag. We have made improvements to improve the wear resistance of the leather, and the wear resistance of the leather will only increase gradually.

Love my small crossbody!
Easy to order, came within the delivery window provided. Plenty of room inside-exactly like shown in the adds. Love the extra security of the zippers you can link together. Wish they came in fabric as well!

This bag broke on day one
This bag broke on day one. The snap came apart. Their solution was to send a new zipper pull. As I’m not a cobbler, it was not an easy fix and we ended up breaking it further. They should have replaced the bag. For $170 US $’s what a piece of crap!
After this review they replaced the bag. It was easy and seamless. I hope this one lasts forever and the first was just a fluke. I promised to update this after I received the replacement. Thank you to the company for doing the right thing. Going to Europe in March and I will update the review after using it for its purpose, to prevent pickpocketing.

Beautiful and easy to organize

I just purchased the Naya Cross body…
I just purchased the Naya Cross body bag in the sapphire color. On arrival, I was thrilled with my purchase, the bag is so soft, a wee bigger than expected, but that also pleased me too. Great quality bags
I have purchased 2 bags from Minooy and both times the service has been great from the order to delivery. I am very pleased with my purchases as I needed a crossbody bag that was smaller due to my shoulder injury. The quality of the bags is wonderful and I will be taking my new bag to Greece with me which should be perfect.
