The owner answered my questions promptly before I ordered. Received tracking info same day it shipped, was able to track it from USA to Canada including tracking with Canada Post. Ordered 12 month Liquid Minoxidil which came as 2x 6month boxes with the correct and updated Kirkland packaging. ** I confirmed with the manufacturing company that makes Kirkland Minoxidil (Perrigo) and they confirmed the Lot # and Expiration dates matched and are valid on box + individual bottles which is great. Also tested it if crystalizes after 24+ hours which it does when dripped on a piece of paper and left out to dry. I certainly will be ordering again in future.

Really great customer service. I had placed an order just prior to the Canada Post strike so my order never arrived. I reached out to Minoxidil Direct asking about my order and they quickly resolved the issue by resending a new order, with the request for me to send back my original order, free of postage costs, when I eventually receive it. Very happy with the way they responded to the issue with my order.

Bought a 6-month supply earlier this year. I was very unsure of results since it seemed to not work at all compared to products I used previously. So I decided to do an experiment where I used the minoxidil from them for a month and used a legit one I asked a friend to bring over from the US. Can basically confirm that this company sell fake products that do not work at all.

I found this website through a friend I was suspicious at first because I don’t usually order from any website except Amazon but after I did I contacted customer service just to track my message and ask some questions and the Sales person “Jason” helped me ALOT. I got my order through CanadaPost and it tooo about 7 or 8 days. 5/5.

1. Misleading pricing during the ordering process. 2. The lack of transparency 3. Delay on arrival with showing error status on canada post website! Don't know if this website is legit or not!

Excellent source for Minoxidil. I sent an email with a quick question about packaging, and received a prompt reply to my email by Jason.

Satisfied with the response, I placed my order right away and it was shipped out next day. Arrived in Canada in about a week. Box was in great shape and exactly as described on the website. Seems to be genuine Kirkland Minoxidil 5%. Definitely the best price around and the shipping is very quick. This is my new supplier for sure!

It took a little longer than expected but the price makes up for it. Will be using the 10% discount code for the next purchase.

The product arrived as described (I haven't had it long enough to test its effectiveness yet). However, I ordered an "18-month supply", and received a product that will expire in just 15 months. While this is not a bad expiry date in a vacuum, I would have expected an "18-month supply" to have at least 18 months before the expiration date.

Update: Jason offered to replace the last 3 months' supply of the product so that I will have a better expiry date that will last for 18 months. Excellent customer service!

The last time I bought the product it worked out great. I'm waiting about a month and a half for the most recent one, and I imagine that's no fault of the seller.

Edit: updating to 5* as it seems to have been an issue with Canadian customs, and nothing to do with this company. The product is top notch and has increased the thickness of my hair. The head office became aware of the delay and I received my package soon after.

Got the product that I ordered without any issues and in a timely manner. Really useful service.
