I purchased a box of Kirkland Minoxidil from this seller and it is completely counterfeit. I initially noticed something was off because the product smell and physical feel on my scalp were completely wrong compared to genuine minoxidil. Upon closer inspection, the packaging was full of red flags—the outer cardboard box was stamped with an expiry date of 2027, but the actual bottles inside were printed with 2026. The physical design of the bottles was also completely different from genuine Kirkland packaging.To confirm my suspicions, I performed a standard chemical bleach test (using sodium hypochlorite thick bleach). Authentic minoxidil contains active compounds that react instantly to turn bright yellow or orange. Every single bottle from this box completely failed the test and remained completely clear, proving there is zero active medicine inside them. The moment I added a drop of genuine Regaine to the exact same bleach, it flashed yellow instantly, confirming the test was accurate and this seller's batch is entirely fake.Do not trust this seller with your money or your health. They are distributing fraudulent, unregulated, unsterile liquids that pose a genuine risk to your scalp. Avoid at all costs

Absolute scam keep your money .I received the minoxidil which was fake as i did the bleach test .then I wrote to the site to get address to return and have had no messages back this is now going on for a month its a total scam stay away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only does this seller sell FAKE Minoxidil, this seller does not respond to any emails even if there is an issue with the ONE product they sell. I have compared their product to my original Minoxidil topical lotion and this is definitely FAKE. Don’t be fooled!! I’ve tried to return but not had a response. I’d rather lose £35, than to use and lose my health or the rest of my hair!!

Sent wrong item then ignored contact attempts. Luckily card company refunded the payment. Avoid

Minoxidilhair.co.uk sell a fake product - the minoxidil doesn't pass any of the home tests to ensure it is genuine. They are clearly scammers- avoid at all costs.

Fake product dint past bleach test also when the product arrived it was damaged I have emails the company 2 times and have had not replied I would like a refund my order number was 1775

Order number #1568. Fake Minoxidil as it didn't pass the bleach test and the smell, feel and colour wasn't consistent with real minoxidil I've had in the past. Bought a year supply and box came damaged as the minoxidil leaked. After opening the box, I realised it was due to the minoxidil bottles not being tightly sealed, causing leakages (so the leaks weren't due to the couriers or any other sort of damage). Also been a nightmare to get in touch with them, can only do so via an email to which they've not acknowledged. Tried to leave a review on their website but you don't even have an option to do that as a paying customer. So how do we know the reviews on there are real? So, I've had no choice but to bring my disappointment to TrustPilot. I just want a refund and im not interested in doing business with this company ever again. The suppliers they bought it from may have sold them a dodgy batch so I'm willing to take down this review if my money is refunded in full (the least they could do for providing a fake and damaged product - whether knowingly or unknowingly). I don't care about any PR they may do to show its authentic either. Just give me my money back and I walk away peacefully.

Very bad online shop with no customer support.

On their website, they wrote: "We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return."
I purchased an item, and after a few days, I emailed them to request a return. However, they NEVER replied to my email.
I sent some reminders, but they did not reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE ONLINE SHOP.
