I downloaded this App in the city of Bath to Park as there was no other option. I texted them as instructed but could not get it to work and despite that they still charged me 15p Premium Rate for the... Voir plus

For the fourth time, the parking app reported error, so redid the transaction, only to be double charged again. Tried ringing but kept on hold for 15 minutes and no answer. Emailed and wrote previousl... Voir plus

I quite like the app as it shows a constant countdown of my remaining time on my phone screen. Also was able to use Apple Pay without going through endless account setting up shenanigans. Unfortuna... Voir plus
Of all the parking Apps around the…
Of all the parking Apps around the country, this is the worst by far. Today I purchased my ticket at 10:38 for two hours, but the app registered the time as 10.05, so my time ran out at 12.05. I’ve tried to phone them in the past and honestly, just don’t bother.
Why aren't they accepting coins? A lot of people were having issues with the payment. Why force everyone online?
Why aren't they accepting coins? We parked on Brown Street and lots of people were struggling with payment. Forcing us to do the payment online only works with a decent website. I got scammed by a company pretending to be them, before I got to their actual site and now have to safeguard myself against them. Very unhelpful! Will avoid in future.
Awful
Awful, painful to use each menu selection cancels it’s self when you select another section ie time, duration, when, date, select car … rubbish
I really don’t want to give this 1 star…
I really don’t want to give this 1 star but this Mipermit is not only confusing but it’s a total rip off!!! Before I paid £15 for a visitor permit for 6 months and now it’s £9 for 850hrs, you have to download an app to allocate the hours you intend to visit?!?! Who knows how long they are going to be visiting for?!?!
Ever heard of the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it?” Who ever came up with this “new” idea…. You need to be sacked!! Money grabbing low life’s the lot of you!!
Ps I’m not signing up to it, it’s a scam!!!
I hope everyone else does the same and you lose out on a lot of money!! I hope your “new” system fails you!!
Havering residential parking permits
Please have the courtesy to respond, to why you are changing residence more for parking outside their houses then the council website.
Which one of you is pocketing the extra…
Resident Parking Permits
Resident Parking Permits
When uploading jpg files, which are perfectly clear and similar documents were acceptable last year, they were refused as being unreadable. This requires you to repeat with more documents on the approved list.
You have to go through the whole thing again but this time you renewal option has disappeared.
Your bank details and bank statements are uploaded onto their severs which leaves them vulnerable.
All for a parking permit to park outside your house for a fee of £35 per year.
I can understand the need to be careful but the web-site is clunky and needs some common sense input.
Truly terrible
Truly terrible, the local council has started using this for residential parking charges, warning that you probably won’t get a reminder to renew you permit.
So you unknowingly end up with parking charges or you come to use the app and you can’t log in, no problem though all you need to do is re register. All you need to do is send us a copy of a utility bill to prove you’re a resident, what you don’t have one because no utilities companies send them anymore, and you now have nowhere to legally park. No problem simply register with one of them get proof come back to us, re register pay your fees.
Only been living here for 20 years, perhaps it would be a good idea to send out paper reminders as emails aren’t reliable ( junk mail etc ).
Biggest SCAM going!!!
Biggest SCAM going!!!! Offers discount but never delivers!
Avoid if you can
I have used several of these parking apps (of which there are far too many) and this is the most torturous to use. Click on location map and it selects the wrong location - so you can end up paying for the wrong car Instructions to set up an account very unclear. Phone desk are clearly unfamiliar with their own app. AVOID IF POSSIBLE
MiPermit sharp practices
Not impressed by this companies customer care. I paid for parking over 7 days ago, not only did they successfully take the parking charge they also put on my bank account three separate 10p charges that have been taken from my bank balance. Whilst this is not a great amount, this practice could, potentially, put a customer into overdraft. Particularly as it is still there after 7 days. Having contacted MiPermit they refuse to remove this ghost payment as they say they haven't taken the three 10p payments so there is nothing to refund. The fact remains that MiPermit should inform the Bank that this payment is not required and to refund into ones bank account.
