Miracase Avis 13

I ordered a replacement case for my iPhone 14 and it was too small. The package says iPhone 14 and it doesn't/t fit.

When the company started out they offered lifetime warranty however when you try and claim on this they are not helpful at all, I would not buy from them again because I truly feel if something went wrong within the 12 months they still would do nothing. I would strongly advise people to avoid the brand.

Terrible customer service. Bought a phone case via Amazon, with a 12 month guarantee. It arrived with an issue where the charger port cover wouldn’t stay closed, immediately contacted customer service who stated that as you only get one replacement why not keep this one a bit longer and apply for a replacement in a few months. I agreed and unfortunately further issues have arisen through use such as the side cover no longer staying shut and the colour of the clear case changing to a grotty beige! I have now contacted customer service again and I am still well within my 12 month guarantee, but I am being run around in circles by miracase and referred to Amazon! Avoid!!

Received one replacement after screen cracking then the replacement cracked despite never been dropped or anything else to cause the cracking.
Lifetime guarantee is worthless so give this product a swerve as it is no good after less than a month.

Very bad produkt and customer service. It never work because it does not stay fixed. The Company Will not help with support. Amazon Will not help eather.

I’ve gotten one replacement from them. In my box for the case came with a paper said lifetime warranty I emailed on Sunday I explained I’ve already gotten a new one but was under the impression I would get a second one due to life time warranty. I was informed they will not be giving me another case due to the warranty policy. I’m very unhappy with the case. I’ve dropped it one time and it cracked my corners and down the middle of the case

Absolute shit brand, you cannot pull the screen guard and the case apart when the screen is broken!!!!!!!
I have an absolutely unusable brand new case!!!! Stupidity at its finest!!!!!

Non-existent product support

Bought this case to fully protect my new iPhone. Followed instructions fully yet once installed it just didn’t allow the touchscreen to work whatsoever. Some characters would sometimes press, then they wouldn’t. Some required a ridiculous amount of pressure for it to even register. Further to this the front glass screen is so think, trying to register fingerprint ID is really difficult. Altogether really really poor.

I contacted the company directly and they apologised and issued a replacement immediately. So this was good.

Replacement arrived today, installed it properly as per the instructions again and unsurprisingly it did the exact same as before. Just total garbage. I then followed the instructions to remove it and it literally SHATTERED IN MY HANDS!! Tiny bits of glass went all over my hands (cutting them in the process whereby I was bleeding!) all over my dog who was sitting at my feet and all over the carpet!!! What on earth! How the hell this gets past health and safety checks is beyond me! See photos for how bad it was. Remember this wasn’t me dropping it on concrete, this was me SIMPLY REMOVING IT!!!!! Since contacted the company and Amazon to report this!

I cannot stress enough to avoid this case at all costs!! Utter utter garbage! And very dangerous too!

The case is great for the price! It came super quickly and with good instructions. Also they sent me Christmas stickers and a beautiful message thanking for purchase. Super cute!

Please to say - Miracase apologised and explained that delay in replying was due to National holiday - they immediately replaced faulty item with minimum of fuss. Happy to endorse product and customer service. Purchased phone holder Han 2023, arm broke at joint, glued it back on. Broke again - emailed Miracase service email 3 x times - no reply

Received my case which was ordered from Amazon, but unfortunately it didn’t contain the camera lens protectors.
I emailed the Miracase (Andrea) who dealt with the matter, who sent a full new case out which contained the lens protectors, within a week.
Great product , great customer service..
