Total scam ! Never Got my stuff only Got shit

If their was a way to get my money back, that would be grand. I actually was told I had a wonderful silver and sterling silver. I got 3 rocks, men's underwear from Wish, no silver period.

This is a terrible app, do not make in app purchases, you only win $0.50 after spending who knows how much, prizes are stupid aswell, people rating over 1 star are bots and liars

They are very deceiptful with theirs odds. Every boxes has almost 90% of landing on a rare which is the lowest rarity in which you will find decent items still. So it might look interesting to take a chance. The problem is that you have way more chance of getting the cheapest item of this rarity. For exemple I spun a 5$ box 50 times (so hopefully you won't) and only got 0,50$ those 50 times. I was gobsmacked. They told me it was merely a streak of bad luck but make of this information what you will. I only got the cheapest ultra rare products for over 200 spins when I only spun boxes with over 3% SSR chances, I never got one. Which would make me very unlucky or am I?

They claim using the "provably fair" technology, which usually, let you verify how the calculation of a transaction was made. There's no sight of such things, so you need to trust what they give you.

Also when confronted about how nobody got anything good from their app on Discord, they will claim they have countless users sharing their big prizes on the chanel. There, you will only see a user who shared they got a plushie, a fake Nike band and a 10$ power charger. And Miracle Box is proud about this which is even more cringe worthy. I would be appalled as a business owner who claim that my merchandise is 100% authentic to have someone calling me publicly out on that said authenticity. It took me a lot of scrolling to see one person winning a console "after spending way more money than what it would take to buy it in a store" which is overall a good advice. + Amazon Prime doesn't charge you an outrageous 10$ - 15$ fee for each individual item to get things delivered. You might see good reviews, but people are encouraged to share their good experience to get 5$ credits from the devs so you will see people from time to time sharing their okay but not too crazy wins. A no-brand mechanical keyboard here and a no-brand kitten gaming headgear there.

Another red flag / concern I have is bugs. At one point, it showed I won a specific prize. With some back and forth with support, according to them, I initially obtained the item and only needed to refresh, it did not work and then I supposedly refunded it and then they changed their version to I never won it. Another very alarming bug is the fact i was able to infinitely to spin their "choose one out of 5" promo (by force killing the app rapidly after the results) and got the items to change without ever winning a SSR (3% chance) or more or a worthy super rare item, always the same redragon speaker, foldable keyboard or XSM ear sticks with some variations between the no brands rare.

Take it from someone who blew decent money (enough to buy a console myself) and got mostly nothing. If you see something you're interested in, you would do a better service to yourself to just buy it directly online rather than trusting this company with shady practices.

Also if someone ever do a Twitch or Youtube stream about openings to expose this company, i think I would gladly watch and share my history of wins too.

Won a Charizard ex Pokemon card and was sent a fake metal worthless version of the card. When I reached out to customer service all they said was "please be assured all our items are 100% authentic" big scam
