Offer a discount then take it off when payment is being made …even after several emails they still want screenshots of every step of the purchase for proof that they offered a discount lol
I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I saw that they are shady but no …they would not do it
Just ignored my requests and basically say I’m lying about the promised discount

Great for cleaning but the stand is very flimsy . Does not stick to the wall , tried both and each one fell. The storage container needs to be bigger and more solid. Very disappointed overall

I ordered Duluxe MiracleWand Magic Toilet Brush plus extra Refills. I didn’t receive my Refills with the delivery, but their Customer Service were excellent and had them sent asap. Very happy, thank you. Haven’t actually used my item yet.

Refund dependant on review
Thank you for your response. I appreciate you saying that you respect my decision to keep my review and that my feedback is important to you.
However, I find this somewhat difficult to reconcile with the fact that the refund offered to me was conditional upon me removing that same feedback.
If my review is genuinely valued as an honest account of my experience, I don’t believe accepting a refund should require me to remove it. My review reflects my genuine experience with the product, and I am not prepared to remove or alter it simply in exchange for a refund.
I would be very happy for the refund to be provided without any condition attached to my review. I believe that would be a fair outcome for both of us.

An absolute game changer for a sparkling white toilet
I absolutely love my miracle moult so easy makes my toilet bowl super super clean, smells fresh. No yucky laying around, it just goes straight into the bin in one easy motion. Everybody in Australia needs one of these their toilet will love them for it.

Concept is nice but product is flimsy…
Concept is nice but product is flimsy and not worth the money imo. Delivery took longer than i expected as product clearly didn’t ship from Australia. (Ordered 20th July and got delivered 7th August)
Not as easy to use as the advertisement makes it seem. Harder to hook the sponges on the stick and stick gets wet and kinda gross because it’s being dipped so far into the bowl. Having to clean and dry the stick after use defeats the purpose of having a no touch product. Regret my purchase.
