Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! We are still waiting for a refund, too for all this. This company's employees opened boxes and stole items (we sealed with clear tape, they used tan tape to reseal), broke many things, one was caught going through my nightstand and packed my PURSE! Luckily, my son noticed them with the purse and made them remove it. I imagine they were going to steal my cards information. Just WOW!
Terrible Moving Company
I had a terrible experience. All info was provided to them when booking my condo move including content list. I hired a young man who has helped me in the past with my locker moves. He came to help me load locker bins to the loading dock to save movers time. When they arrived they where so slow and started to video tape and take photos of my apartments content. I had no idea why and was never explained this prior and did not see this on my contract either. I had to ask my paid young man to load the elevators with them as they where moving slow as snails. I have other past moves including a 3000 square foot home to a 1600 sq foot home and this condo was 600 sq foot. They had two movers as suggested during booking them from moving company. I also was loading bins in the hall beside the elevator which was right beside my condo door. The movers spoke little english and when I would ask one a question he continued to tell me to speak to other mover he had no english. The mover came to my face very close with his cell phone and photos. Freaking out about a bin of dishes I had yet to close the lid as I wanted to show them it was dishes to be careful about and if it be too heavy to add more which was the question I was trying to ask them and found out lack of english. The guy was screaming in my face to call his office. I told him, I needed to sit down as I was not suddenly feeling well. He had caused me so much stress yelling at me and phone inches away from my face, I called my friend to take me to emergency, where I was told I have to have emergency surgery for a burst ulcer. I said the move must go on. My friend went back to monitor. We called in other friends to help with some small details and assist as they where not going to finish in time with the elevator booking time. They went way overtime from the quote and my paid helper never got to even do the lockers as he was helping them with just apartment. Clearly they needed 3 movers and experienced with taking apart a bed frame. My friends had to come in to take apart for me but it never made it on the truck due to the elevator time was up. They blamed my packing for their delays, but I was told they have the garment boxes etc. I had to ask them several times for those boxes and we ended up paying 80.00 each for quite a few more. They did not take apart my bed like promised. Tried to say, I did not pack well , but it was their job to bring garment boxes to pack. At the end of the day, I ended up paying way over my budget about 1000.00 to them, including had to pay other movers again for over 1000.00 to get my bed. My move cost double from 2000.00 for movers to 4000.00 plus. Also more movers to do my lockers that never got done. Costing me also more elevator charges. They broke an expensive french painting 20,000 dollar frame as they never wrapped in a shipping blanket I left for them. I tried to get a refund on the overtime but they had excuses and would take no responsibility, for the stress their mover was giving me in my face with the cell phone that caused my ulcer attach out of the blue. I never even knew I had an ulcer, but the stress that day caused the eruption into the first hour of the move and why the mover continued to be in my face when I asked for him to leave me alone for a few minutes well I rested to access my health situation. I was in hospital 2 weeks after that disaster. Do not use this company.
These people are awesome.
These people are awesome. They take care of all your belongings as if they were their own. I would recommend them over anyone. Friendly staff, not bad prices and they were on time. Great place to work with.
I honestly expected a smoother…
I honestly expected a smoother experience from Miracle Movers, but my recent move was very disappointing. The team arrived later than the scheduled time without any proper update, which pushed my whole day back. Several items were handled carelessly, and I noticed minor damage on two pieces of furniture after unpacking.
Customer service didn’t seem very helpful either—responses were slow, and it felt like they weren’t taking the issues seriously. For the price I paid, I expected better communication and more professional handling of my belongings. Unfortunately, this experience was far from “miracle.”
Want an invoice? Absolutely not!
I've been asking for a final invoice from my move since December 1st. So for 3 days. They have refused to even acknowledge my request and when I posted about my experience on google, they emailed me saying that they "investigated" and found they did nothing wrong and I'm a liar. When I've been just. Asking. For. An. Invoice. Paid $800 for a 3.5 hour move of a 1 bedroom to a location 20 minute away. They actually overcharged me by $115.25 as (according to their investigation) it apparently took 3.15 hours and they quoted me $165/hr for the movers and a flat fee for the truck of $165. So according to THEIR INVESTIGATION, it should cost $684.75 as they said if I pay in cash (which I did) they would not include tax. Even WITH TAX, it would be 773.78. So they told me I would pay less and got me to pay more than with tax. Awful customer service representatives. Maria has been an absolute displeasure to communicate with.
dont trust them
one of my biggest mistakes. Gave me a quote then doubled it once my stuff was on the truck. then was promised job would be done by deadline to get escrow money and was never finished

DO NOT USE MIRACLE MOVERS. My original quote provided by Bradley (estimator) was for $2,040.00 and when they finished the job, the bill was almost $4,000.00. John Vaccaro (manager) said the estimator made a mistake when quoting and that I still had to pay for his mistake. They purposely low ball their estimates to get the job and then double it. Besides the fact that they were late to load and to unload. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a contract agreement to move furniture into my apartment. They never showed, No eta of when, I eventually got a hold of an employee but be never returned with an ETA. Myself with a bad back and my friend with a bad knee moved it ourselves.

If you want to pay as much as mayflower or United and your furniture damaged and missing with no accountability or any customer service, go ahead and hire miracle movers. The movers arrived 2 hours late to pick up the consignment and 3 hours late to deliver. Several of the items were mutilated and a few missing. No calls were answered. My credit card was charged $450 extra on top of the already exorbitant charges.
Great company
Great company, excellent communication. Arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional and used great care in moving item. Highly recommend.
Stressful and scary
if moving is not already a stressful experience, the movers assigned to my move (Albanian or Russian) made it a nightmare. Full of misogynistic entitlement, rude and condescending at every opportunity. They threatened to stop working if I didn’t sign on the spot 4 documents outlining they would not responsible for any damage to my belongings, to threatening to take out what furniture they had in their truck an hour in, to then also threatened to stop working if I didn’t pay for the “estimated” total half way through the move. Called their customer service line 3 times to try to get some help and eventually requested another crew, only for the movers to get worse after speaking to their dispatch (in the same language, not English). I am a single woman having to deal with abusive men holding me hostage with all my belonging. Not a good combo.

This review is about the lack of communication after damage was done to our neighbors property after the driver backed his truck on their property damaging the driveway and landscaping. The moving truck was stuck so severely a tow truck had to be called to extract the Miracle Mover truck. While someone did come and ‘repair’ their landscape (threw some straw over the damage), they have yet to repair their cracked driveway. I have been calling and emailing to no avail. My neighbor has also been trying to get a response but also has been ‘ghosted’. She was able to connect with one manager but shortly after, got no response from calls and emails and we then were told by someone who came out to repair the damages to MY property (broken antique table, oil and tire marks all over driveway and a 65’ TV that was ‘lost’ in storage) the gentleman was ‘no longer with the company’. The estimate to repair the cracked driveway is $350. In my opinion, it’s not a huge amount to just fix it and not risk your reputation over. I have already told my realtor that they should take Miracle Movers OFF their recommendation list. This is ridiculous to be dealing with this 3 months after the move! And as of this review, we still can’t get anyone to call or email us back.
Miracle Movers went above and beyond…
Miracle Movers went above and beyond for my two moves. They were punctual, efficient, very friendly and easy-going, and extremely hard workers. They took the extra time to wrap our furniture, our paintings and lamps and all other fragile items. I have only moved a couple of times, but this was by far the Best experience that I have had. I would recommend miracle workers to anyone, friends and family. Knowing what a great job they did on my to move I personally would not use anyone else.

BAD MOVING COMPANY
Warning , DO NOT HIRE MIRACLE MOVERS they are the worst moving company I've come across. carelessness, irresponsible, and not trust worthy. they under estimate pricing and then they charge you at the end!
Crooks
They gave me a price for moving and then changed the price to unload, just like the scammers on 20/20. Then they wanted to hold my furniture hostage . They also lost some of my boxes and did not give me their insurance information readily. I have repeatedly asked about their insurance to cover lost or stolen items and have not been provided any information at all. Very unhelpful.DO NOT USE, TOTAL RIP-OFF
Does not treat movers well
Move from Toronto to Vancouver.
- I paid extra 1k for packing service, but the packing was not done very professionally (for which I do NOT blame the crew because they were overworked and exausted). The packing crew IS the moving crew (3 people in total) and they ended up working from 9am to 9pm on the moving day!
- THE BIGGEST problem I have with the moving company is that they sent insufficient crew members everytime! I told them and sent them pictures of how many things I have to pack and move, they sent 3 people to us in Toronto and only 2 people in Vancouver for moving funiture and nearly 100 boxes into a 3-story townhouse! Those 2 poor men were exausted! they didn't have enough time to rest, and there's no extra crew to help them or move heavy things in turns. We ended up telling them to put all our boxes in the living room and we had to do a lot of moving ourselves.
- No in-person estimation, I submitted my inventories and the actual price is a lot higher than my quote (which I accepted but it would be a lot better if there's in-person estimation before the quote).
To be fair, customer service Nicholas is fine and all the moving crew are helpful and nice people.
BUT Overall, will not recommend to anyone or use the company again because I don't think they treat their employees well. All the crew members are Ukrainians recently arrived in Canada, they deserve to be treated better :(

Mike and his crew are fantastic! They move so quick and efficient!! They have returned for the second time! I reccomend them! Super professional! Really great at packing to get the most stuff! I reccomend them completely! Awesome company. And tips are welcome! I tipped them both times! I couldn’t have done my house close up without them! Going to use them in my petsluma home in the future!
If you want your belongings thrown on a…
If you want your belongings thrown on a porch so they can get rained on and destroyed, packed improperly so they get damaged. If you want to be cursed at in front of your kids. If you want some stranger with a short temper to "show you" and run off with your belongings and leave your kids crying cause they left with their toys then this place is perfect for you!
Little John tried to con my wife into some waiver to relieve him of responsibilty with our stuff after having 95 percent of it packed in his truck, tried to intimidate me into signing it then when that didnt work threatened to leave with our stuff if we didnt agree to sign a waiver. (Never signed it) Even the manager was trying to tell me how it was all our fault because their guys were a hour and a half late to get to our old home. And took a hour and a half longer to get to our new home. And how they cant deliver our stuff same day because of time. "Little John" or whatever his nickname spent more then 1 hour during the move just talking about himself! And when asked to stop talking and work he loses his temper and screams F--- YOU in front of my wife my 6 month old son and my 3 year old daughter. Leaves her crying because he leaves with all of her toys. Which was her biggest fear going into the move. All because I didnt say "please" stop talking and get to work?!
While waiting on the police to track this company down to get our things back my daughter turns to me and goes " Daddy I love you, but I also love my toys!" This was my families experience with this company.
Jason the owner demanded payment before the job was complete and held our belongings hostage wouldnt deliver them unless we paid. Which he charged 600 bucks more then what was agreed on. And as soon as we paid is when little John started screaming at my family and tried to steal all of our belongings anyways.
Jasons ridiculous words to me were:
"You're not the customer, your wife is, so I'm not talking to you!" so much for families moving families. Jason tells my wife that if I press charges they will press charges but then says nothing to the police about it while they were there.

Not worried about it as yelling back at some jerk isnt illegal.
Even my 3 year old told him to not talk to me that way when he was yelling at us and trying to force us to sign a waiver. (Even my 3 year old knows how to behave better then this blunder of a company)
Police contacted the owner and he was asked to return our possessions. So they just put everything on our porch and threw our stuff hap hazardly into our home. They say it was because of the rain coming. So most of our stuff got rained on and ruined. We had this company hired because of full service moving and to help us not have so much stress with two small kids. So I could return to work quickly. But I ended up having to take time of work to complete what this company couldnt do.
Police and the magistrate have been contacted and reports have been filed. Acton steps have been taken.
Just terrific
I wanted to inform you that Serge and his team were terrific! The pickup and delivery went off without any issues at all. From first call to day of load the move from here in Saskatoon to Toronto had no hitches. Much appreciation from us for the care shown for all our possessions. The office was totally forthcoming with all the information that we required. We cannot thank everybody involved enough and we were exceedingly pleased with Pacific's services
