My Miracle Surrogacy Journey — A Dream Come True

I honestly don’t think I will ever be able to put into words how grateful I am to the entire team at Miracle Surrogacy. From the very beginning of my journey right through to holding my beautiful daughter in my arms, the team has been absolutely amazing to deal with.

For years, I longed for a child. Becoming a Dad was my biggest dream, but there were so many times when I genuinely thought it would never happen.

After setback after setback with my health in Australia, and experiences with IVF clinics where I felt judged, I was advised that, because of my health issues, my chances of ever having a child were probably very unlikely. I was told that the medical board may not approve the use of donor eggs for someone with a life-threatening condition. I can’t tell you how many tears were shed over the years, or how deflated and heartbroken I felt when the one thing I wanted most in life — to become a Dad — seemed like it might never happen.

Then, one day, I was on a surrogacy Facebook page when a post from someone who had used Miracle appeared. That post changed everything.

I reached out, and I have to be completely honest — at first, I was sceptical and worried it could be a scam. You hear so many stories in the media these days, so naturally I had my doubts.

Then I spoke with Brent.

I asked if I could call him, and he was incredibly reassuring. He told me that Miracle were holding a seminar close to where I lived in just three weeks. I thought, this is it — this could be my chance.

I went along to meet the team, and they were absolutely amazing. They answered my questions, put my mind at ease and, most importantly, assured me that they would be with me every step of the way.

The team also put me in touch with another parent who had already been through the journey, Carlos. Between Brent and Carlos, I received so much support and reassurance. As a single Dad doing this journey on my own, having people who understood what I was going through made such a huge difference.

They checked in on me, answered all my questions and were there whenever I needed reassurance. I will forever be grateful to both of them because their support gave me the confidence to take that leap of faith, sign with Miracle and begin the journey that would ultimately change my life forever.

Once I signed, the support continued every step of the way. I have been incredibly grateful for the way the entire Miracle team works together to support you, communicate with you and keep you updated throughout the process. You never feel like you are just another client — you feel like there are genuinely people behind the scenes who care about helping you achieve your dream.

A special shout-out to my incredible coordinator Milena, my amazing surrogate Jessica, her coordinator Andrea, Alex, Jesus, and the entire team behind the scenes at Miracle. Every single person has played a part in helping me get to where I am today.

And now, after all those years of hoping, wishing and wondering if my dream would ever come true, I am finally a Dad to my beautiful daughter.

There really are no words to describe what that means to me.

My experience with Miracle has been outstanding since day one.

I could write about this for a very long time, but in a nutshell, from the moment I first got in touch with Miracle in 2023, I was treated with an incredible level of care and attention. The entire team is knowledgeable, committed, responsive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they made me feel that I was in safe hands.

Although things did not unfold exactly as I had hoped, with a few of my embryo transfers being unsuccessful (biology played its role here!), I trusted Miracle’s guidance and advice completely. I have found my partnership with them to be exceptional, not only throughout the journey leading up to my daughter’s birth, but also afterward.

The birth itself was originally scheduled for three weeks later, but everything happened unexpectedly earlier. I arrived in Cancun just one day before my daughter was born, which fortunately gave me the opportunity to finally meet some of the Miracle team members in person. Andrea, the SM Coordinator, and Alex, Concierge Representative, came to be with me that same evening, reassured me that everything would be okay, and made sure I felt supported. And that is exactly how everything turned out.

I was totally calm throughout the emergency C-section procedure. There was no panic because I genuinely trusted the Miracle team and the hospital staff. I knew I was surrounded by people who knew exactly what they were doing.

My daughter was delivered safely, and I was able to watch the birth and even cut her umbilical cord. She was born at 35 weeks and 6 days, yet she did incredibly well and was discharged from the hospital on her second day.

For me, this is not only a testament to the professionalism and expertise of the Miracle team, but also to the care, empathy, and human approach they bring to the entire experience.

I am currently in Cancun by myself, waiting for my family and friends to arrive, and at no point have I felt alone or abandoned. The team has remained in regular communication with me, responded whenever I needed them, and continued providing the information, guidance, and care I needed after my daughter’s birth.

Another thing I greatly appreciated was when Alex offered me items that were available through the Miracle agency and that I could use until I return home, including diaper changing pad, a bottle warmer, a sterilizer, a feeding pillow, and even formula. He called me on video and showed me everything that was available so I could choose whatever I needed from items other parents had left behind. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity really touched me.

I have also been put in touch with a nanny, a photographer for my baby's passport photo, a translator who offers a special rate for Miracle parents, and a driver who can pick up my friends and family from the airport at a discounted rate as well.

All in all, my experience with Miracle has been nothing short of seven-star service.

I am taking this opportunity not only to share my feedback so that others can read about my experience, but also to say a very, very, very big THANK YOU to Juan Carlos, Niels, Monserrat (who was making sure I was doing well and constantly checking in on me and my baby far from Mexico City 😊), Andrea, Alex, Jesus, Selene, Manuel, Daniella, Chris, and everyone else who has supported me throughout this journey. My apologies if I have missed anyone. You all know who you are.

My partner and I only have positive things to say about Miracle Surrogacy. Around eighteen months ago, we had our initial consultation, followed by a visit to the clinic in Cancun in October 2024. In late December 2025, our son Austin was born!

From beginning to end, the team made us feel supported, informed, and truly cared for.

Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. This includes but wasn’t limited to our initial conversations with Alejandro, continued support from our coordinator Matt, warm interactions with our surrogate’s coordinator, Tamarah and Alex who made everything so easy both pre and post birth in Cancun.

Together with the outstanding care provided by the hospital and paediatrician we never felt alone. Everyone was approachable, transparent, and always willing to go the extra mile. The whole process felt very seamless.

Like any journey, there were a few bumps along the way, but what truly stood out was the genuine compassion and reassurance we received throughout. The team was by our side at clinic and scan appointments, during the week our baby spent in the NICU, and while we navigated the Amparo, citizenship, and passport process.

We also cannot thank our surrogate enough. Geo was absolutely incredible! She was calm, reliable, funny, and so caring. We always felt our baby was in the safest and best possible hands.

Even after Austin was discharged from the hospital, the Miracle team continued to check in, happily answer our questions, and asked how he was doing, which meant the world to us.

Choosing international surrogacy requires an enormous amount of trust, and Miracle Surrogacy, along with our amazing surrogate exceeded our expectations in every way. We are beyond grateful and so happy to now be a little family!
