I have emailed this company twice now…
I have emailed this company twice now to return a top, no response and the telephone number does not exist...very dissapointed with this so far, am going to put on facebook so hopefully will get somekind of refund and response.
On their website it says to return items print off a returns label but there is nothing below it to actually print a bit of problem i feel.

Email address customercare@missbe lla.co.uk invalid. Not a proper email address!...even though company are still telling people to email this email address on here.
Put message on Facebook and I just get an auto reply saying to email custo mercar e@missb ella.co.uk. Please note there is no spaces in the email. I've had to put spaces as this post will not allow email addresses to be quoted. THEYVE GOT MY MONEY AND I NEED A REFUND.
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE,!,!,!,!,

Customer service is poor, cannot contact company!
Customer service is poor, emailed as soon as my order was placed regarding the address and never received a reply. I never received a confirmation email so messaged on Facebook three times and never received a reply.
Bad customer service is enough to put me off ever ordering again.
