I don’t often write reviews but received amazing customer service from Miss Nella when my delivery from Royal Mail went missing. They arranged a very speedy replacement (very close to Christmas) and made a little girl very happy with her new set.

Sweet but expensive
Lovely quality, my daughter loved everything. But the make up brushes are teeny tiny, not full size. Definitely more expensive than if I had sourced the products and put my own little make up bag and bits together.
