Mistermann has some unique and quality brand items, that are difficult to find in AU. Quality authentic products received and well packaged. An incorrect item/color was supplied, however this was quickly rectified by Shane, after receipt of items. Overall good customer service. I recommend buying from here.

I placed an order, get a notification that it was shipped. I waited a few days to get a tracking number and nothing. I emailed to request tracking information since it was being shipped overseas. Waited 2 more days and get a notification that my purchase was being returned. No communication directly from a live person in regards to answering questions.

Will not be ordering from here again, unfortunately. I love to support LGBQT businesses, however, I also believe in good customer service.
