I initially had problems with pairing. Specifically the intermittent "cut out" between the two speakers. Very frustrating. Ultimately realized it was interference from other Bluetooth devices. Repositioned the speakers and they have performed flawlessly since, however I would not recommend putting them much more than 6-8' apart. The shorter the distance the better. Absolutely fantastic stereo reproduction in terms of both separation and a centered "voice". I got them ridiculously cheap on an Amazon sale and would buy another pair at 2x the price. Long battery life, auto shut off, super simple pairing and sound that punches way beyond its size.

Purchased the Mitchell Acoustics uStreamGo speakers. Used them 3 times over 9 months, now one speaker will not charge. Tried to use their "Contact Us" messaging on their website and it errors out and does not work. Called them directly for support; the woman on phone explained that she would pass my information to the right people and they would call me. No phone call, nothing. When the uStreamGo speakers worked they weren't even that good. I would NEVER purchase any Mitchell Acoustic products for all these reasons listed.

I bought a pair of UStreamGo speakers at launch and received them in October 2022.
Their performance is incredible and a joy to listen to.
I did recently have a faulty developer on x1 speaker, the battery had failed.
On contacting Mitchell Acoustics for some support to find a replacement, instead they actually offered to swap out the whole speaker unit pair.
This was truly above and beyond, for customer service.
The replacement speakers were received and I returned the originals.
A very happy customer, once again!

In my opinion, the TT1 and TT2 are the best Bluetooth enabled turntables at their respective price points. Not only are they fantastic products, with superior sound, quality and looks compared to other better known brands, but Mitchell Acoustics also has fantastic customer service and after-sale care. Couldn’t recommend more highly, so buy with confidence.

was on the lookout for a replacement turntable and stumbled across the TT1, its simply gorgeous with the matt black and rose gold platter, tone arm and feet. I wanted Bluetooth for the modern touch, it sounds amazing wireless compared to my old jvc but not artificial in the least.
Build quality is solid although I did stupidly break a hinge (totally my fault) but to their credit the company owner is sending a replacement FOC after I reached out to buy a spare, thank you so much Paul and Ray !!
when funds permit I certainly will be considering something from their UStream speaker range to compliment my wireless setup.

I’m very disappointed with Mitchell Acoustics
I recently bought the TT1 Turntable and UStream
Bluetooth Speakers. I’ve had problems with
the connection on the speakers and contacted
Mitchell Acoustics via a form you have to fill in
and they’ve never replied to me, no answer and I’ve filled in a form 3 times now and nothing, their support is a joke, they take your money and wash
their hands of you, they make it to hard to find any communication info.
Never ever had any problems contacting other
companies, but this one is unbelievable.
I also rang to ask for help and the young lady said give me your phone number and someone will ring you back, did that happen? NO
They seriously need to look at a support system
for customers, a British brand with decent audio equipment but back up needs sorting come on guys.

I have a set of u stream 1 speakers.
Dead easy to set up, sound and look great.

We already have bought a uStream One for our place in RTW; having a second for NYC was no-brainer. Great sound quality and nicely packaged to boot!

Excellent looking & sounding speakers for both tv & music

Arrived on time. Couldn’t wait to open the box. My first thought was, what excellent packaging, then Wow two beautiful gloss piano black boxes presented themselves.
Simple to set up and stunning looking.
Within minutes I was listening to Steeley Dan in perfect stereo, and no wires, apart from the power cables. The quality of the audio is extraordinary, and sounds as good as any speakers twice the price. With Aux in, Usb, and phono in and digital, there’s nothing it seems hasn’t been thought out.

These Ustream Wireless BT speakers perform way above my expectations. Firstly, they look great, the quality of finish is first rate and they are ridiculously easy to set up and operate. Secondly, and most importantly, the sound quality is truly outstanding, proper stereo sound with superior audio. "You get what you pay for" definitely doesn't apply here.....you get much, much more! (even my other half is happy..."no messy wires"!) Very pleased.
