Recently I had a hair transplant in mittal hair clinic with dr. Mani. My experience with him was an amazing, he is very good and experience surgeon I have ever met, I’ll highly recommend everyone who wants to hair transplant should be visit there. Thanks to all team for this amazing work.

Dr Mani is great, was recommend by a friend and got in contact straight away with Lauren and was booking in couple months later due to a cancellation as didn’t want to hang about.

When I arrived Mani put me at ease with his ‘banter’ even though I was anxious at the time I gradually went through the process and during the day thinking this isn’t actually half as bad as I thought. Having someone that does a professional job but also has an easy going personality really does make the experience so much better.

My recovery was easy. Followed the rules and the plan worked perfectly.

Had my 1 year review yesterday with Mani and the team and everyone was more than happy with the results and difference is night and day. Everything was great from start to finish.

I also eve had my hair styled by Mani yesterday and would just like to say please stick to reviving hair and leave the styling to the hairdressers. 🙂

After a couple of years of researching options for a hair transplant in the US, UK, and Turkey, I ultimately chose to trust Mittal Hair Clinic with my procedure. From the get-go, with both Mani and Lauren, I felt at ease. Both are friendly, professional, and really take the time to address all the questions and concerns I had initially.

The surgery day was incredibly smooth. A big factor in opting for Mani was his heavy involvement in the procedure, which was big for me personally. They also made my wife feel very welcome as she was in and out of the office on the day of the procedure. I thank Russ and Lauren for that added touch!

I stayed in London for a week following the procedure and had some concerns on day 3 regarding my healing and the initial wash. Mani invited me to the office that afternoon, where the team handled the cleaning alongside additional treatment. Mani even invited me back on Saturday for another cleaning and check-in before I flew back to the US on Monday, which really encapsulates the level of care I have had from start to finish.

From initially speaking with Lauren to consultation with Dr Mani, then surgery with Dr Mani and the team, the whole process was second to none. Everything was explained clearly and all questions/queries answered promptly and in great detail. The day of surgery was actually an enjoyable day and I was made to feel at ease instantly from arriving at the clinic. It was pain free and a lot better and easier than I’d ever imagined. The follow up care so far has been great and now it’s just a waiting game for which I have no doubt will be a great result! Would highly recommend speaking to Dr Mani and the team if you are potentially interested in a surgery as he is great at giving you a realistic expectation of wha is achievable!

Finding Dr Mani through UK Hair was the best thing that could have happened to me. You only have to see the way he conducts himself on social media and read the reviews, to know that you are in safe hands. I didn’t have the benefit of a personal consultation with him, as I dealt directly with UK Hair. However once they booked my surgery appointment and I was advised it would be with him, I couldn’t have been happier.

The Team at Dr Mani,s beautiful London Clinic, led by himself and Dr Khaula, are all wonderfully friendly and compassionate, exuding professionalism and dedication to providing their Patients with the most comfortable and special experience possible. There are no sales smoke and mirrors here, just a refreshingly realistic approach that provides the best and above all the safest outcome for you on the day, which I have come to realise is not always the case with other clinics. The procedure was as painless as it could have been and the day although long, didn’t feel like it, going as smoothly as I could have hoped.

I’m just over one week post-op now and using the after care kit kindly provided, being supported by Dr Khaula, Dr Mani and Chelsea at UK Hair, who keep a check on my progress. I’m following the instructions meticulously, to ensure the best chances of success. I’m so excited and very much looking forward to the results to come.

The whole experience is first class. You have an extremely well qualified surgeon who has well over 10,000 hours of experience. If you want the best results do not go anywhere else. Dr Mani is a true artist.

I am a 24yo girl and have never had a history of hair loss, I just wanted to lower my hairline slightly and for it to look (perfectly) natural.

After researching the entire internet for the perfect clinic, I had a consult with Dr. Mani and expressed my concerns about wanting the donor area to be invisible and for the appearance of the transplant to have a really subtle grow-out due to my modelling and having a photoshoot less than 1 month after the procedure. He assured me he would tailor my transplant to achieve just that.

I booked my surgery (book early because he gets booked up!), showed up to the stunning clean, modern clinic, and was treated like a queen all day. The entire team are absolutely awesome from start to finish. So talented, hard working, focused and positive. I had virtually ZERO pain. I am almost 3 months post op and just wish I did this 5 years ago!

I had my hair transplant at The Mittal Hair clinic in October 2024. The day of the procedure went smoothly. Dr Mani made me feel very relaxed, he was friendly, caring, funny but also professional. I really felt like he listened to my reasons for wanting a hair transplant and wanted to help me.

When I got home after the procedure the transplanted area wasn’t healing as expected and Dr Mani was very quick to call and reassure me. He then invited me into the clinic the next evening because he could tell how worried I was. He also invited me in the next day as well to check on me again. He spoke to me everyday after that for the next few days to guide me through everything I needed to do.

I’m now 8 months in and I’m already really happy with the way my hair looks. I’m amazed by how natural it looks which is all down to Dr Mani’s design and skill. I always look forward to updating him on my progress as he is always so encouraging and his advice throughout has been great.

I recently under went a fue hair transplant on 04/06/2025 at the mittal hair clinic. Honestly it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. At first I was sceptical about having the procedure done but after having a face to face consultation with doctor mani all my worries went away as I knew I was in perfect hands with him and his team.

The procedure itself went as smooth as it possibly could and the organisation was fantastic. The results so far have been nothing short of perfection. I know it’s due to all fall out soon but I’m am so excited to see the results come November/December time and even more so for my wedding in July.

Dr Mani is an amazing surgeon, so passionate about hair transplants and delivering amazing results. I have had two surgeries with a clinic in Turkey (Hair Mill!) Dr Mani approach is one surgery per day, where you get Dr Mani full attention. I remember asking Dr Mani do you operate on celebrities/ VIP’s.. Dr Mani response was “ you are my VIP, everyone who sits in this chair is my celebrity/VIP”

This was my last opportunity to get a HT, so I wanted the best surgeon I could find. Dr Mani name kept coming up every time and his results are amazing. From my first interaction with the clinic, from Russ and Lauren (Both super helpful) to my consultation with Dr Mani have been awesome, never any hard sell.. Dr Mani explained what he could do and on the day of my surgery he delivered exactly that. You are truly treated like a VIP on day of surgery. 6 months ago I had the pleasure of undergoing a hair transplant with Dr Mani. Now in my mid 30’s I had been suffering from male pattern baldness since my mid 20’s and had been researching hair transplants for a couple of years and finally decided to book a procedure. I did lots of research into various clinics, surgeons etc but had no clear idea on the true experience of a procedure in the UK as most people I directly knew traveled abroad. I just knew I wanted go through the whole process with a single surgeon not have a surgeon or attend a clinic who had multiple patients a day etc.

In conversation with a work colleague they mentioned a friend which had previously had surgery with Dr Mani. I researched him through various websites and followed his Instagram page. I contacted him directly and followed this up with a series of photos. A member of his team (Russell) contacted me for a telephone consultation. Russell was very down to earth and we had a good chat about the prospect of a procedure and a chat about life in general. We discussed suggested dates for the procedure and then a face to face consultation with Dr Mani. On the day I met Mani he was great, he made me feel very relaxed and had a very honest and clear vision of the possibilities of my hairline as I was already experiencing thinning in areas beyond the frontal area and crown. With the green light from Dr Mani we agreed a date and leading up to this I had various telephone conversations with Russell who was also very honest with what to expect regarding the procedure and post op care.

On the day of the surgery I arrived early in the morning and was greeted by Dr Mani who alongside his team from that moment till the moment I left made me feel as relaxed as possible, he does everything to make you feel comfortable and gives you 100% priority though-out the day. For some reason I expected to be more nervous and the environment to feel more ‘clinical’ but I have honestly felt more on edge sitting in a dentist chair on occasions!

We began with an initial markup of the hairline, this was followed by the anaesthetic (unpleasant but over quite quickly). Dr Mani began all of the extractions which he collected individually while his assistants inspected and separated the follicles into singles, doubles and triples. During this extraction process he chatted to me to make me feel relaxed, we spoke about our families and shared some common interests. Dr Mani was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the grafts and the amount of triples that were extracted. It was during the extraction that I realised just how passionate Dr Mani is about his work as it is quite clear he is aiming for quality in his results and this can be seen / heard when he extracts ‘beautiful’ grafts.

Following the extraction there was a slight break for lunch which was provided and we carried on chatting before the implantations. Dr Mani made all of the individual incisions (Approx 2100) and proceeded to implant the initial hairs. After a couple of hours two of his assistants put in the final implants. During this whole time Dr Mani was present and observing the process. The assistants on the day were also great and super friendly adding to the relaxed environment Dr Mani creates.

Between Dr Mani and Russell I was in contact with either of them daily for the next 2 weeks giving updates on the recovery, confirming I was doing the correct steps etc. Every time I had a question Dr Mani would reply and also give me time frames on when he thinks scabs will shed etc and every time to the day he was correct! 2 weeks later I received a call from Russell to check in which was nice as it confirms you are not forgotten when you leave the surgery. Soon after this call for about 2 months shedding occurred which was explained thoroughly. I am 6 months on now and really starting to see the results! I have a fully restored hairline.

If someone is reading this and contemplating hair transplant surgery then I would suggest speaking to Dr Mani as I am so glad I did.

After doing extensive research for the correct hair transplant for myself, I am delighted to have chosen Dr Manni and his team. I am currently 8 days post surgery and everything is going smoothly. From the very start of my journey everything has been explained thoroughly and in full detail with a big thank you to Chelsea for the daily updates. Hair loss is something that silently chips away at your confidence. I spent nearly ten years thinking about getting a hair transplant but kept putting it off out of fear — fear of the unknown, of pain, of something going wrong, and honestly, of being judged.

From the moment I reached out to Dr Mani’s clinic, I felt completely at ease. The entire process — from booking, to consultation, to surgery — was incredibly fast, but never rushed. Everything was explained clearly and with so much patience.

What stood out the most was how kind and genuine everyone was. Whether it was the texting team or the in-person staff, they were warm, approachable, and totally understanding of how nervous I was. They helped calm me down and made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient.

If you’re on the fence, like I was for years, I can’t recommend Dr Mani enough. What felt like an overwhelming mountain for a decade turned into a calm, seamless, and even enjoyable experience. I just wish I’d done it sooner.

Going into this I was nervous and unsure about how the operation would be/pain factors and just the stress of the event. Truly Doctor Mani mittal and his lovely team are just amazing folk, they truly care about your comfort and making sure you’re not in terrible pain throughout the op.
