Simple experience

Firstly I could not return (as not ideal for sash windows) but cost was over £50 as return was in USA. They had offered me half price (£75 instead if £150) so in the end seemed worth keeping for an extra £25. Then, I tried using inside windows and it worked for a few minutes. When I restarted it has never been able to grip the windows. I have contacted customer services numerous times with no response!

Lots of good information and reviews. Easy to order. I look forward to it arriving on time and hopefully performing to the standard advertised.

Great experience

headset besteld een mivo echoforce. In plaats daarvan vanuit China een hele goedkope headset ontvangen. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om in contact te komen en mijn geld terug te ontvangen. Zeer slechte site, niets kopen, je wordt opgelicht!!!

Ordered a metal detector, when it came it was not the one I ordered, a cheap thing, contacted them and was offered a 50% refund, I don't suppose I will get it. BEWARE!!!!

Koop niets bij deze site, is hetzelfde als Osmo.
Via site product expert op deze site terecht gekomen voor de zogenaamde Mivo EchoForce headset (zelfde als op site van Osmo) voor zogenaamd 79,99 euro.
De afgebeelde headset is echter de FIFINE AmpliGame H9 USB Wired Gaming Headset a 38,99 USD.
Vermoedelijk zelfde verkoper en doet aan drop shipping, niets kopen dus

Ive order a sky hawk drone on the 6th of august 179.00 purchase order 113302 they have not said a word from the moment they took my money out . It’s the 2cnd of sept and still nothing from this Mivo company im pretty sure the entire store is nothing but a scam site . They use social medial platform to promote a product then you click a link to go to there official store site and purchase that product but you’ll never get it from what im assuming

If there was a way to give less than 1 ⭐ I absolutely would! They advertise on their website that they have 4.7 however a quick check on here (which I didn’t think of doing due to the score) shows that obviously isn’t the case.

I should have known something was wrong immediately when one of the 3 amounts they took from my account was different to what the website said however, as it was pennies I just sent them an email. They didn’t respond and still haven’t to date!

Anyway as with others, my purchase was switched with basically a toy and every attempt to contact them was ignored!

BUYERS BEWARE!!

Er is iets heel vreemds aan de hand met de website. Verschillende domeinnamen. Er staat dat de Trustpilot score 4,2 uit 5 is. Dat klopt dus totaal niet. De muggenkiller kost hier 79,99 ipv 158,99. Ze geven 50% korting. Bij Bol.com kost ie rond de 25 euro hahahahaha. Gezien de ZEER slechte recensies hier zou ik hier absoluut niets kopen!

Customer service was good but they sent me something inferior to what i was supposed to be getting. Then wanted me to pay to send it back

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! It is a scam site. Products that have been delivered are completely different then what i purchased. (Much cheaper product and terrible quality). There is also no way to get in contact with them.

I ordered a GroundFound Pro metal detector. I received an RoHS metal detector. The product delivered is a cheap version of the real thing and as far as I'm concerned this is a misdescription of what's offered on their site. I have emailed multiple times to no avail.

I ordered OpticEdge binoculars, from Mivo UK, the site popped up via the CNN website.

I paid for enlaregemnet 15x,
however I received 12x.

I ordered binoculars. I received a wrong specification and wrong brand.

They advertise 3-5 delivery time but it takes over 2 weeks as it comes from China.

The customer service seems good offering to keep the wrongly sent item for 50% . If you decline their offer, you have to pay the return fees and send it to Netherlands where they take returns from UK. Of course you have to pay more for tracking.

Disaster.I have not checked when buying,that they advertise goods from different brands under different labels.I bought Gigapinguin binoculars and received Opticedge Osmo.

Be aware.
