I owned a domain through mixml and now it seems their website is down?? I can’t seem to connect to it anywhere and it doesn’t even look like they’re active anywhere anymore. What’s going on?

Amazing service, system went down and the guys worked non stop on a weekend to get me back up and running! no complaints at all!

Been with Mixml-Hosting since 2019 and ive never switched on them since. Mixml provides fast support, a variety of servers and tons of deals! Mixml is also the most updated host ive ever seen. Every week or so there is a major update for the hosting service.

Without looking at any other reviews, I will say without question of a doubt that this is THE best server hosting I've worked with. There are problems that arise (as there are with any server hosting), but Mixml has a quick responding support team that are well equipped to assist you with any issues in a reasonable amount of time.
Not only that, but if their support team is unsure of how to solve an issue, the CEO has no problem at all jumping onto the support ticket to troubleshoot, or fix any issues that you may be having with the server.
Would recommend from their exceptional servers, their competitive pricing, and their excellent support team.

I have been very pleased with Mixml they have had there ups and downs but still a very good company

I bought a VPS. It was having issues at first put the Director took care of it at an accelerated rate and made sure I was taken care of right away.

Hi the service sinde 2020 had been down BADDLY. I want a refund but dont get Them, so i made chrageback over PayPal thet didn’t reply so i Got to the ticket system and Said, if you dont give me the refund ilm sur you. After this the account Got terminated..

In my experience
Pros:
- Services are good
- Good Prices
- Dedi Box's speed is really good

Cons:
- Setup time took 9 days
- Ticket systems on the website are not as good as they were when they did it through discord. Mainly because once you open a ticket and they reply it's very hard to get a reply again if you don't open a new one. Maybe because it's down at the bottom of the list due to new tickets and incorrect priority statuses.
- Average wait time for support can be 2-3 days in some cases
- Communication is slightly lacking

In my opinion, their services/hardware and pricing are good for when I brought but they lack heavily in communication. This is most likely down to so many tickets and very few people who can actually get the problem sorted.

At the same time, this could all be down to their recent change to their own IPs which is causing a lot of backlog with support once over they could improve massively but I can only speak for the current experiences and maybe I got in at the wrong time.

Nevertheless, we continued with MixML Hosting and are very happy with our dedicated server. The speed is amazing and our performance and restart time for the server is really good. Our aim is to stick with Mixml Hosting for as long as possible. In 6 months' time hopefully, I can edit this review and all the cons are now changed and resolved.

Since Mixml hosting began, I have been a customer! I have watched it grow into a professional, respectful, and very customer-focused support system that is reliable and quick. Mixml hosting is an excellent service that I would definitely recommend, and I will continue to support it.

Any issue I’ve had with this service was solved in a timely manner. Everyone is very kind and professional and are very experienced in their work. Coming from another website that took days to receive just a response back from their support team, this team does a great job.

So to get this out the way, there support is a little on the slow end for my experience HOWEVER this is mainly because of how small the company is, the actual support is really good, they have gone out their way to help all my issues and weird requests. I would definitely recommend them for their Dedicated Server line. (I cannot speak for the others as this is all I've had personal experience with)
