M Life Avis 6

I'm disappointed with my experience with M Life. Initially, they hesitated to accept my return, citing that I had opened the packaging. After several email exchanges, they eventually agreed to the return. However, despite sending the yoga mat back, I have yet to receive a refund, and my emails are being consistently ignored. Additionally, I must mention that the yoga mat itself is exceptionally thin—definitely not recommended if you're looking for comfort.

After having a problem with my yoga mat M-Life sent me a brand new one with no quibbling. Their customer service was absolutely brilliant. I am very happy.

I have ordered few items and wanted to return them as they were of a very poor quality (compare to the brand 3-4 years ago). No return label was provided, so have to chase customer service, an email, and a couple of calls - still no return label.

Very poor service and poor brand, shame.
Will never order again

Terrible customer service. Had to chase up my refund when the Royal Mail tracking service proved they had returned it promptly to Mlife, who then didn't make any attempt to refund me until I emailed them a week later. Then they wanted proof of postage, which I had. Then they asked what I had returned. Clearly reluctant to refund.
When I complained, they sent a snotty email blaming Royal Mail's fault and that other customers were more understanding. It was their fault!!
Wont be shopping there again and I suggest others shouldn't too.

I have always loved manuka yoga pants and worn them for many years, never finding a good replacement when they finally wore out! They were super soft and long. I bought a replacement from mlife, who used to be manuka, and they looked the same. The pants were lovely but at 31inch inside leg, a little short for me. I cannot tell you enough how amazing the team were at trying first to find a longer replacement, and then refunding. They were so kind when I couldn't get to the post office. Customer service was beyond any expectations. I'll be certainly using them again soon.

I ordered some items from this website and returned them. I had to chase the refund, and when I called the company a person answered the phone and she was unable to check my order details "because the computer system is not that sophisticated."

I was told someone would call me back that day to confirm the refund amount and when it would be paid. No-one called that day, but someone did text me (!) the following day with a refund amount which was less than I was expecting.

Again, I had to log on the website to check - postage for returns were free, so why the lesser amount? I then called for a second time. I went through the same scenario of having to leave all my details and someone would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back.

Nice clothes, poor customer service.
