I don’t recommend at all. Bags are too small for 200€ and when you want to make a return, you had to pay the voucher.
The customer service need a review, they are not capable.

Summary: Be careful: if you return an item, they charge €85 for return shipping from France (imagine the cost from other countries). I paid €585 and I’m still waiting for my refund 14+ days after they received the return, because they’re trying to reduce it even further for a ridiculous reason.
I bought a bag for €585 (paid via PayPal). I returned it because it was too small. Mlouye provided the DHL return label and I had to pay €85 for the return from France, so they should refund €500.
DHL tracking confirms the return was delivered on 26 Dec 2025, yet more than 14 days later I still haven’t received any refund. Instead, customer service emailed me saying the refunded amount would be different because the parcel was sent in a box they claim was “significantly larger” than the original shipping box — even though I used a slightly larger outer carton only to protect their green box and avoid any damage.
This is unacceptable: delayed refund + trying to deduct even more money over the size of the shipping carton. Avoid.
Unacceptable experience with @Mlouye. My order has been stuck for 21 days in Turkish Customs (shipped from Turkey, not the "Europe" they advertise). They refused to address the delivery failure, fix the export issue, or even reply to my final request for resolution. Total service failure and zero transparency. Do not recommend. #Mlouye #CustomerServiceFail #DeliveryFail

Bestätigt wurde Express Versand 1 bis 4 Tage, gedauert hatte die Lieferung 17 Tage. Ich hatte zwischezeilich versucht die unnötige Bestellung zu stornieren, aber das war angeblich nicht möglich. Da die Tasche als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht war, kam die viel zu spät. Rücknahme wird aber so schwierig gemacht, es soll der Rückversand und Steuern bezahlt werden, obwohl auf der Rechnung keine Steuern ausgewisen sind. Aus meiner Sicht ist es ein Betrug. Hände weg!

Great products, original and unique designs, crafted from soft, premium leather. I was afraid to order from Mlouye at the beginning, given the amount of negative reviews I saw online. Despite that, they responded to all my messages on their Insta profile and I got multiple delivery updates. The entire experience was a very pleasant one and the product did not disappoint either.
I recently purchased the Flex handbag from Mlouye, expecting a luxurious experience that aligns with the brand's image. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.
Upon deciding to return the handbag due to my dissatisfaction, I was surprised to learn that I would be responsible for the return shipping fees. According to Mlouye's return policy, all products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, the refund would not include the import and tax fees, which is disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected from a luxury brand.
As a customer, I expected a more accommodating policy, especially when it comes to returns. The customer service response felt dismissive and did not align with the premium experience that Mlouye promotes. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by trusting their luxurious online appearance and didn’t think to check their return policy.
Stay away the quality of the bag and customer service is extremely poor.

Ich liebe meine Helix-Jaipur Tasche. Sie sieht unfassbar schön aus und ist wunderbar verarbeitet. Ich bin wirklich froh, dass ich die Seite über einen “Ledertester“ gefunden habe, weil ich dieses schöne Stück wahrscheinlich sonst nie gefunden hätte.
Amazing customer service, i dont know about other people’s experiences but mine was very smooth and they were prompt in responding. Ive asked to exchange one bag, DHL came to my place to pick it up as explained on their website (for free) and after a few days it was stuck in customs as expected (it takes time they informed me) but Mlouye issued me a gift card nevertheless before the parcel even reaches them. Additionally their bags are amazing and so unique! I hope they open a store in london.
super fast experience their ad campaigns on instagram really caught my eye, the delivery was so speedy it came in 3 days and I'm in saudi arabia, the quality is perfect as well and the website is so useful in choosing sizes and everything they are very transparent imo
I'm always circumspect about the hype / new flavour of the month on socials, BUT being Italian I cannot resist trying new brands using very good quality leather, having original design and beautiful craftsmanship. Well I wasn't disappointed, I'm very happy with this new bag (very quick delivery and a nice wrapping) and will most probably order more Mlouye items !
I stumbled upon Mlouye on Instagram, and I went for Sera Tote, wow, was I impressed! The leather feels super nice and high-quality,I really love is how the branding is done. It's there, but it's not screaming in your face, you know? It lets the design do all the talking, it’s got its own cool factor. I always catch people checking it out, and the compliments don’t stop.
One thing though, their warehouse is in Europe, and returning stuff from the States costs like 60 bucks, which is a bit of a bummer. Makes me think twice before adding more of their bags to my collection. I get it though, international shipping fees are always a bit steep. Just wish those return costs were a little friendlier for us here in the States
I just got Mlouye's Mini Sera bag and I absolutely love it! It's super cute, lightweight, and perfect for everyday use. It fits all my essentials without being too bulky. As a bag lover, I think anyone would appreciate its quality and unique design. Mlouye really stands out in the crowded bag market, and I'm already planning to buy more from them.
The bags are beautifully made and very lightweight. The craftsmanship is simply excellent. i ordered the sera tote in pastel and am in love with the color combination. The bag arrived in a high quality box and dust bag reminiscent of high end luxury brands. Also the customer service was outstanding. I initially had preordered the sera tote in milky shade but then had a change of mind to purchase it in the available pastel color and the customer service was very accommodating and promptly changed my order and immediately shipped it. Will definitely repurchase from this brand due to my very positive experience with them.
This is my second purchase of a Mlouye bag. The first was the Mini Sera Tote in Black and now the Mini Flex in White. I am downsizing the bags I use for everyday, and these are so fun - they put a smile on my face every time I use them. Big enough to carry everything I need for the day - couldn’t be happier.
I ordered ( and paid for) the Mini Sera Tote Bag in pre-order 3+ weeks ago. On that date the expected dispatch date was indicated as June 15th. Next day the date was changed to June30. I contacted them immediately as the new delivery date is not going to work for me anymore. The expected respond time is supposed to be up to 72hours. Sent them 2 follow up emails over these 3 weeks. 0 response. There is no tel. number I could call. There is no way to cancel the order and get a refund automatically. They advise to send an email instead, which they don't respond to for weeks. Their products are not cheap so it doesn't seem justifiable that they don't address the issue with thier customer service for such a long time.
The only reason I give them 2 starts is cus I actually saw thier purses and beside their great design they are well made.
I saw Mlouye all over Instragram but never pulled the trigger. When I watch a great review on Youtube about their qualty, I was sold. I placed my order in the beginning of March.
They accept backorders for the sold out items, and many of them are sold out, I think due to the huge interest. The shipping date was speficied on the product page. Mine was shipped on time and I received my Mini Flex Bag 4 days after they shipped it.
I think the negative reviewers don't notice the shipping date on the product page.
I love the quality, it is on par with top luxury brands, the bag has a very unique style, I get ton of compliments everyday!
Horrible customer service. Ordered the flex bag after seeing it everywhere on instagram and watching a youtube video comparing its quality to Loewe. The size was wrong though and I realised immediately after ordering so requested a cancellation 30 min after placing the order. The order was placed on a Saturday night giving plenty of time to customer services to reply. Three weeks and six emails later, the bag is shipped and customer service emails me apologising, feigning some technical problem and asking me to accept the parcel from the courier so they can send a complementary return label. That was four days ago, I contacted them twice since then, yet they keep ignoring me. I have to see what my bank can do in this situation. Avoid, they are extremely unprofessional! £400 is a lot of money to pay for this.
