Rough casting.
Horrible experience. I am still trying to get this issue resolved after more than six months. From day one, I reported concerns about the workmanship, but despite countless emails, phone calls, delays, and false promises, nothing has been properly resolved.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I paid the full amount upfront and chose MLR despite receiving cheaper quotes from other companies because I expected a professional service and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
The company left me to chase the contractor who carried out the roughcasting work, and the contractor has since disappeared. This has caused significant stress and frustration over the past six months.
The workmanship is of a very poor standard. Parts of the roughcasting have pulled away from the wall, sections are cracking and coming loose, and it appears that areas have not been properly fixed or secured. The chimney work is also unacceptable and clearly falls below the standard I was promised.
Despite raising these issues immediately after the work was completed, no one has attended to properly inspect or rectify the defects.
After more than six months, I am still left with unresolved issues and no satisfactory solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
