IOSH Working Safely
Attended a mandatory IOSH working safely course run by Mike Manning of MMCT training.
I've done this course in the past and from memory was a death by PowerPoint exercise.
Mike made the course very interactive with lots of group work and rather than looking at screens all day I found i was more engaged and learnt a lot more.
Would recommend this approach over the traditional alternative.

I attended MHFA
I attended the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training at my workplace, led by Mike, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
In a professional landscape where well-being is increasingly paramount, this course provided the perfect balance of evidence-based theory and practical application. I recently completed the Mental Health First Aid course delivered by Mike Manning and found it to be a very valuable experience. Mike presented the material clearly and professionally, making complex topics easy to understand. His delivery was engaging, well-paced, and encouraged participation throughout the course.

Very knowledgeable and passionate about the topics- e.g. healthy and safety.
