Disappointing experience. I made an order, but never received my books.
It took this company more than 2 months to figure out that they don't have the books and had to write so many times.
They don't reply to the emails. Customer service is terrible.

Ordered and got the delivery in less than a week! Amazing choices of children's books in Russian and good customer service. Look forward to ordering more soon.

I made an order on 2nd April and got my books already at 8th April. So I can say only positive thing about the shop. Meanwhile I read all these negative reviews and was prepared if I was scammed. But I wasn’t.
I am satisfied and will definitely order something again.

Geweldige online (en gewone) boekwinkel in Riga, Letland. Enorme collectie Russische boeken. Nu de eerste zending besteld en ontvangen, geweldig!!! Perfect goed beschermd verpakt en gratis verzonden (boven 100 euro). Als aardigheidje kreeg ik nog een leuke tas. Het was spannend of alles goed zou gaan, maar deze zaak leverde een uitstekende service. Hopelijk komt de tweede zending, die ik inmiddels besteld hebtook zo netjes aan.

They messed up with my order, provided working stockers . They have refunded straight away, however , they have not offered to send me the correct sticker pack , as I would wish to get a replacement and not refund
The other thing that I would like to bring up is that they do treat their clients differently , as I am looking at the stories and seeing other clients receiving lots of presents and I have not received even a single one

Another time I ordered board games with one price when they arrived the shop asked triple price for these board games. What’s the problem with this shop?

I am happy with my delivery. It's take's longer then I thought but I got email from them when my delivery will be later and put for me small lovely present for waiting😊.Books was good and safe packing.

I’ve ordered a game for a game night with friends. 6 days has passed - the order wasn’t even shipped.
I’ve sent an email a couple of days ago - no answer.
I called them - 10 mins on the call line calling abroad waiting for someone to answer, no answer.
The game is marked as “in stock” on their website and cost decent money.

Nice choice of books, fast delivery and no issues. Chose items that were in stock.
Prices are a bit high. But maybe they make some offers from time to time.
Still very good experience.

I've used online store Mnogoknig in UK for about 3 years. Very good experience, good variety of children's books, great customer service, books are packed well, free delivery for orders over £50. Sometimes you have to wait but it's understandable as books have long journey through many countries. The only wish is to refine the website as books disappeare from your cart if you don't check out promptly. If you didn't place the order straight away, after half an hour you have to start shopping again, looking for books you wanted to buy again and again. Sometimes I forget what I added before or can't find a book anymore as don't remember the name or author. It's a bit annoying. Also would be great to have an option to save books in favourites

Communication are rude ,not supportive .
Easy to cancel order than resolve a problem.

Очень довольна ассортиментом детских книг. Практически все, что ни задумаю купить, за редким исключением, есть на сайте. Доставка в Англию всего 5 фунтов. Приходится ждать заказ две-три недели, иногда чуть больше. Это нужно учитывать делая заказ, если это подарок и книги нужны к определенной дате. Книги всегда хорошо упакованы, приходят в хорошем состоянии. Хотелось бы иметь возможность на сайте добавлять книги в "избранное", но такой функции, к сожалению, нет. Было бы очень удобно. Со временем забывается, что именно хотел купить в следующий раз. Заказываю книги раз в два-три месяца, на протяжении двух лет. В целом, впечатление отличное! Только что оформили два новых заказа! Ждем с нетерпением!

Never received my order. It took this company almost a month to figure out they don't have the books I ordered. Customer service was rude and helpless.
