Travelling from Aus and needed a script fairly urgently in Switzerland. It came through quickly and was fine with the pharmacy. Was a bit sceptical but worked well!

Overall, Mobidoctor has been a fantastic and essential service for me. My most recent consultation was with a new doctor who was incredibly caring and thorough. The fact that she took 30 minutes to discuss my concerns, despite some minor technical difficulties with the camera, shows a real dedication to patient care.

While the core service is excellent, there are a few areas that, if improved, would make the experience perfect:

Appointment Booking: The 5-minute time limit to fill in all the information when booking a new appointment feels very rushed and stressful. Extending this timer would significantly improve the user experience.

App Functionality: The "doctor near me" feature did not seem to be working correctly, which could be a useful tool if it were functional.

Prescription System: This is the most significant challenge. The current prescription format is not accepted by all pharmacies in Finland, as some require a traditional handwritten prescription or an official e-prescription. Integrating fully with Finland's national Kanta e-prescription system would be a game-changing improvement. This would resolve all pharmacy acceptance issues and make Mobidoctor a seamless solution for patients.

Despite these issues, Mobidoctor has been a true lifesaver. I highly recommend it and eagerly await these potential improvements

This service is awesome. I am on a river cruise in Vienna, Austria, and have been having major leg cramping and other issues. Recommended some medicine and we talked thru my health history so he could determine if I needed more critical treatment. Highly recommended to anybody who is traveling use the service!!! Customer service is the most responsive and Dr was awesome as well. Thank you for this service.

I cannot fault this platform, process, doctors and customer service. The process was extremely easy, the doctor I spoke with was extremely helpful, engaging and understanding. It was so comforting to be able to discuss medical issues with an english speaking professional as it is always so hard to find when you live abroad in a non-english speaking country. The founder was so helpful on the chat and also gave me advice of an online pharmacy to use that were not only extremely well priced but have a website that is easy to navigate and understand. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish and I will definitely be using them again. A huge THANKYOU Mobidoctor and your team!

I got an appointment quickly, the doctor was kind listen to my problem and acted quickly - he even helped me with an issue when I was trying to fill the prescription

I had a consultation withy a great doctor actually, but I couldn't get any help from mobidoctor's costume service with my prescription as in Finland I needed some codes to buy it . I have been ignored by them even after the doctor had contacted them. So if you have doubts don't use it as even if doctors are good they don't care at all if you were able to get your prespriction.

Amazing and quick online service. The doctors really take time for you and think along.

When I was having some questions, I could easily chat to Chris through the chat function and he guided me efficiently.

I recently found myself in Europe without my prescription and had an online appt at Mobidoctors. The appointment was within the hour and the prescription was sent in to a convenient location for me. When I had an issue with the prescription, it was handled with a chat assistant and the issue was rectified. I recommend their service.

Great service, professional doctor, great availability for consultation and they also helped me to find the medicina when not available at my local pharmacy

I am travelling currently overseas and ran out of my medication that I require daily. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I had an appointment an hour after I made it and received the prescription I required shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend this app to travellers abroad that find themselves in a similar situation to my own.

In greece don't accept this prescription

I am in Brussels and became sick. Was coughing and had low fever. I wanted to see a doctor quickly and hassle free. This website provided really helpful service to me. Brussels pharmacy only accepted local doctor prescription so after contacting the helpline I was able to get my prescription filled

I recently used Mobidoctor for an online prescription and had a mixed, but ultimately positive, experience.
The initial process was incredibly fast. I received my prescription pretty much immediately after my consultation, which was fantastic for convenience.
However, when I went to my local pharmacy in Belgium, I encountered an issue: the prescription was not accepted because it wasn't issued by a Belgian doctor. This was a significant hurdle, as I couldn't get my medication.
I immediately contacted Mobidoctor's support, and I must commend their responsiveness. They replied to my messages almost instantly and were incredibly helpful. They not only addressed my concerns promptly but also offered to contact the pharmacy directly if there were any further problems.
Overall, while there was a hiccup with the prescription's validity in Belgium, for a moment there, (it was finally accepted at another pharmacy) Mobidoctor's speed in delivering the prescription and, more importantly, their excellent, fast, and helpful customer service really stood out. I appreciate their quick assistance and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.

Really great experience. Although the doctor was quite late, I was able to contact through chat to check on the status and they proactively offered to give me a credit for the appointment which they still honored.

Meeting with the doctor went great and was able to talk through my symptoms and resolve for an appropriate prescription with discussion on usage. From there I was given multiple options on how to fill the specific prescription where the chat also advise on how to fill online that could be delivered anywhere within the EU quickly.

Overall great proactive service.

I originally gave Mobi Doctor a 1 star review because the prescription I was given was denied for use by pharmacies in Tenerife Spain because they said they could not accept it. This resulted in me having to seek private medical help for a new prescription so that I could access treatment. I did put in a claim to Mobi Doctor after this explaining this to be told I would get a decision in 3 days whether I would receive a refund. I never received a response so following this, I put a review on this site several days after this 3 day deadline. Only after this review, did Mobi Doctor then contact me to discuss the matter. I have now received an email to say I will receive a refund, which could take up to 10 days to arrive back to my account. They have also said that due to an agreement/conversation that Mobi Doctor has with the Spanish government (that they send a letter to you about as well), that Spanish pharmacies should have accepted the prescription. This was just not the case in my situation and so my 3 stars reflects this as they have at least initiated a refund process. I wouldn’t personally choose to use Mobi Doctor again and would go straight to a private doctor if I find myself in the same situation again.

I have edited my review again to add the wording ‘conversation’ regarding whatever the situation is with Mobi Doctor and the Spanish Gov about prescriptions. Either way, I found that mine from Mobi Doctor wasn’t accepted. This was my experience and if Mobi Doctor continue to contact me via email or otherwise trying to get me to change my review, I will change this review back to 1 star to reflect my continued experience with the company.
