Alex saved the day in a matter of great urgency where my laptop died and within 12 hours he had fixed the problem and it was ready to pick up all in good working order. Amazing and friendly service!!!!!

Excellent 5-star service!
Alex did a fantastic job retrieving all my data when my PC stopped working. He explained all the options open to me very clearly and got it back up and working very quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Alex supplied us with a new laptop
Alex supplied us with a new laptop. He spent one and a half hours explaining how to use it. He was most helpful and connected us to Skype and the printer. I would recomend him for any computer problems.

I always call Alex if I'm having any issues with my computer and I would be happy to, and have, recommended his service to anyone looking for someone to correct an issue with their PC or Mac. He is a nice guy, professional and knows what he's talking about from his years of experience and qualifications.
Alex transferred all the files from an old computer to a new one, set it up and installed a complex backup system to protect the important files on my computer. Alex was able to explain how the backup system worked as he set it up and how to maintain it in a way that was easy to understand. It's integral part of my career to have a computer that can do what I need and Alex is always able to help me get what I need from a computer.

Alex has looked after our computers and programs for many years and has purchased new equipment and installed as required. He has the ability and required privacy and security to take over our system from his headquarters to deal wit h any problems such as scams, or new programs.
He has been very quick in sorting out any problems which gives us relaxed security feeling. Peter C

Fantastic Professional Service
We wanted to extend out home broadband down to the summerhouse at the bottom of our garden and Alex was very good at explaining all the potential options and then finding the most cost effective one to meet our needs.
He was very professional and was able to put us at ease and the hardware he installed has been fantastic and i wish i'd got him round sooner.

Alex carried out a first class service when I had to have my laptop cleaned up after I was almost the victim of a scam involving a virus protection program which didn't exist. Fast and friendly service from Alex who clearly knows his job. Highly recommended.
