I just wanted to add that the negative review by C Cubed is completely false. I note that this person has reviewed 3 diffferent mobile signal booster companies and left exactly the same damaging review. This company IS NOT a scam. It is a legitimate and extremely professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

The product "does what it says on the tin", but more importantly their supply, service and support was exemplary.

Purchased signal booster, took ages to arrive, got fleeced for import duty.
The amplifier doesn’t work and is faulty several phones calls and emails no response so I guess I’m £400 out of pocket.
Should have used my normal supplier as never had any issues before. Get what you pay for I suppose but would expect it to actually work to some degree ! Proceed with caution and fake reviews.

I have used products from Mobile-Signal-Boosters for several years, and they have always been reliable and performed to their specification.
Even better is the standard of service - it is exemplary, and a standard to which other companies should aspire.

I'm not usually a fan of "live chat" but I did find Julia very helpful, and everything so far has been quick and efficient. So far they have been incredibly easy to deal with, and made every effort to ensure they provide the right equipment within the kit to make sure it is suitable.

They helped me to make an informed purchase but the customer service didn't stop there. After I received the product, the technical help desk was more than willing to discuss setup and also provided advice to obtain the most out of our purchase.

The lady who helped us, was more than helpful and went the extra mile.

Just wish there were more companies who operated like these guys. I can not express how much I appreciate their customer service (before and after sales). No problem is too big or too small.

Great customer service. I wasn't sure what I need so I contacted Mobile Signal Boosters via email and I got a very quick response from Julia. Julia advised the best product for my needs and was also very helpful, and patient, with all the questions I had. A very prompt and helpful service. The booster works well in a fairly restricted but it's the are we use when BY allow trees to break our line. This was the 800 model and in retrospect wish I'd gone duall frequency as voice is much improved, data less so. A very generous amount of lead but making indoor end a removable connector to make it easier to shorten

Better than 10 fold increase in connectivity. There were some difficulties at first, because I wanted to keep the external antenna inside. I live on a rough area. The internal antenna that came with the system was not working properly, perhaps something I did. Anyway the support team sent me a booster internal antenna, for use where the transmitter signal is very low. As was true for me. Most of the time I only got 3G, and when it went onto 4G it was a slower not faster. Rarely downloading at faster than 1 Mbps. I won't go into more detail other than to say that yesterday morning I tested the speeds through Google and download was 16.5 Mbps with upload at 5.44 Mbps. It is amazing, though these speeds do fall at busier times and depending on weather, I never notice any change now. My browser is always fast. I never have to wait. The support team were fantastic. They were quick to respond to my questions, and did all they could to help.

As a novice in these things, all my questions were answered promptly and professionally, and reassurances given before my decision to purchase. Once the unit with associated kit arrived Mariana from Mobile-Signal-Boosters talked me through the best set up and configuration, this was an ongoing process. For me personally there was a lot of after sales support as unfortunately due to issues outwith Mobile-Signal-Boosters control the mobile provider had issues at source. As this was clearly beyond Mobile-Signal-Boosters control Marina decided a full refund was appropriate and that is exactly what happened. It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that will spend so much time and effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Just perfect. Delivery on time. Consumer relationship. Device performant. As described. I recommend!

I have dealt with Julia a few times with orders last minute and other orders which have taken a little while to get through. Julia is patient, informative and really has great customer skills including offering discounts etc which have always been appreciated.

Great people to do business with. My initial aerial and booster did not perform well because of the slightly weird frequencies in my rural location. They sent a different frequency booster and an upgrade aerial/cable - all works well now. I had to send the original booster back to China, which was a bit of a chore and cost £22, but I was given very good instructions about how to do this and it was worth it to get the great end result.

i live in a rural location with a very poor mobile signal, i bought one of these boosters in July and upgraded to the LCD300 after speaking with a very helpful sales person (Julia Dav), it arrived a few weeks later and installed that day, and instantly had a 5 bar signal!! ive had it installed now for just over a month, absolutely delighted with the product and very helpful sales person Julia Dav thank you for your advice

Mobile Signal Boosters are amongst the best three companies I have ever dealt with. The communications and customer support I recieved from Marina and Julia could not be faulted. They persevered and solved a difficult problem I was having to my complete satsfaction.

Would like to give a big thank you to Customer Service Agent Marina Laurence for going the extra mile to get us sorted with regards to our signal issues we have been having. It great when a company makes you feel like you the only client which nowadays is very rare. Marina took our concerns and has arranged a plan to improve our requirements. As we go into very remote area's for rescue's, it is great to know we will have a product that we are able to count on in situations literally for life and death. As Marina is my D2D contact I know there is a whole Team behind her supporting her for our requirements. Thanks Alex - What a great job!
I’ve always been struggling with my home mobile signal, but for months now I’ve been working from home, my broadband is fine, but when I get mobile calls, it really has been a problem, it was getting embarrassing!
However, after speaking with the MSB shop, they recommended I fitted a 4G Booster Nikrans LCD-300GD, it arrived in a timely fashion, I safely fitted the arial on the roof myself (getting the best directional position) and wired it up to the box in my office, easy! It’s had an immediate improvement, calls are now clear and not dropping, and I now have great customer after sales service from Alex, who helping me improve the signal further, absolutely brilliant service!
