Brilliant professional service. Took my scooter to Charlie to check over after an accident. He was fantastic and definitely will he using again should my scooter need checking or a anything need replacing :)

Charlie is brilliant. My second flat tyre on my m365. Tried to fix it myself and nearly cried. He fixed it in 15 minutes. Put on solid tyres. Love them. He is very thorough and not expensive.

Was great to meet Charlie, he’s got many years of experience and was very quick at changing my tyre. Will for sure be visiting again.

I tried and failed to change my tyres over to solid ones after a puncture and in the process damaged cables going into the motor.

Charlie was really helpful and had a reasonably big issue fixed within a one hour window.

Would definitely recommend to anybody with an m365 pro or other electric scooter.

Professional service. I went to change the wheel, Charlie told me about all kinds of wheels and let me check the wheels before replacing them.
He quickly and professionally replaced the wheel and checked the brake.
In the future, I will only deal with him.

What a great guy Charlie is! He fitted 2 new solid tyres on my scooter with a moment’s notice which really got me out of a problem with no scooter to ride. He also checked over my scooter to make sure everything was ok.
I would highly recommend him for anything scooter(or bike ) related.

Unfortunately sustained a puncture on my Xaomi M365, contacted Charlie and he booked me in to get it fixed. Price was very fair and he fixed my puncture in less then 30 mins. He even did a quick once over to see if my scooter was in good condition. I would definitely recommend his service for any Xaomi M365 related issues. I’ve found my new Xaomi mechanic.

Charlie replaced my punctured front wheel he was absolutely fantastic! Only took 20mins, he opened up early once he saw me and was very knowledgeable, personable and a great conversationalist. He was showing me step by step how the replacement is dealt with. 100/100 would recommend to anyone in or around the London area. He even gave me an Alan key in case of future emergencies. Top man!

I have an M365 and Charlie fitted solid tyres at the workshop. There are section on solid tyres to choose from. I have now upgraded to M365 pro and the back tyre blew out after about 300miles so have just been back to fit a hard solid! Great service and high recommend Charlie to fix any issues with Xiaomi Scooters.
