AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Ordered and paid for an aftershave 2 weeks ago - nothing delivered and no response to any emails or calls! This company is clearly a con.
AVOID!!!

Horrible company. I ordered a perfume and returned it, asked for a refund and the company has gone rogue.

I thought I would trust this company after all the bad reviews but I was very wrong.

They never answer the phone and no response to any emails. Avoid like a plague.

I ordered a perfume on 8 June. Payment made. No indication of when the product will be delivered and no response on phone. Left a message and no response. Very disappointed!

I bought two discontinued fragrances and both were horrible old smell. I know how these perfumes have to smell...Very,very disappointed.

Placed an order, happy to take the payment now no response. I have emailed, called twice - nothing. You were warned mobilefragrance!!

FAKE PRODUCTS

Reported them to trading standards as they’re selling fake perfumes and aftershaves. Do not reply to emails.

I purchased a bottle of aftershave and when I received it from the company it was smashed. I reported this with photos shortly after receiving it. The company responded and completely refused to take any responsibility, naming excuse after excuse as to why it couldn’t possibly be their fault and stated I must have broke it myself and am now wanting a refund, even accused me of committing fraud when I said I was going to report it to the trading standards rather than take responsibly.

I have now issued a chargeback and reported the company to both the trading standards and action fraud, which is the first time I have ever had to do so.

There is only one person who contacts you and he is the rudest man I have ever spoken to in a customer service environment. He is dismissive, unhelpful, disbelieving and outright rude.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I personally would pay 50% more and go into debt buying off another company just to avoid this one after my experience.

I was sold a completely fake product. Obviously my emails were ignored and the phone number rings out. What a waste of money - I'm so angry.

This company should get no star.
They sell fake products with harmful chemicals.
Do not make any purchase on their website.

I purchased knowing perfume from this company it was substandard the smell was awful not fit for use do not buy perfume from this company it sell substandard products.i will also put there name out on social media.

This is the first and last time I will use this company. Ordered a bottle of Ester Lauder it's fake the smell is like something gone off. I have emailed and telephoned Mobile Fragrance for a week no response at all. What a disgrace to rip folk off in this way. Avoid this company.
