Doesn't work at all

Doesn't work at all. Can't install that QR code and manually as well.
Waste my money and time . Got bad feeling at the first day of my traveling because of this

I just purchased an eSIM in Isle of Man…

I just purchased an eSIM in Isle of Man and it does not work. I have been sat in a library for the past three hours using their WiFi to try to contact customer support and there has been no response. This is a scam!

The sim did not work in Hungary where I needed it. I purchased 2 of these and neither one provided me WiFi coverage. How may I receive refunds for these purchases?

Purchased lots of GB, got so little service

I made three purchases, I followed all the steps, but still i don't really have internet after I leave my hotel wi-fi.

Tried MobileSIM in Mauritius, but too weak signals during daytime.

Tried MobileSIM eSIM in Mauritius. 1 GB over 8 days option. After 330MB usage it became very weak or nonexistent, especially during daytime (when I needed it the most!)

There is some useful data connection during night time. This is probably a bandwidth issue from the local mobile partners of this company.

The eSIM from MobileSIM for Namibia…

The eSIM from MobileSIM for Namibia does not work at all. The custom support was not helpful. The trouble shooting e-mail often repeated the same content. After several communication, we had to give up.

Updated per Nov 18.
I got the refund from MobileSIM. That is good. However, my husband who had the same issue and requested the refund. He did not get response from MobileSIM so far

Great customer support trouble shooting

I installed an eSim for my travel to Singapore. When I landed at Changi it failed to connect to a lower telco. At my hotel with Wi-Fi, I emailed Customer support. Next morning, I received a trouble shooting checklist. Sure enough the checklist identified that my data roaming was disabled. Once enabled, it connected immediately to the local telco.

I should add that this was my 5th eSIM purchases for use in different parts of Asia and previously they worked seamlessly. The important SOP is to turn off your Primary sim while in flight and turn on the eSIM on arrival. If not your primary sim will connect to the local telco before the eSIM and you will be charged 1 day of day roaming by your service provider.👍
