Couldn’t fault the service I received, Sam was really friendly and helpful on the phone arranging for a tyre fitter to come out to me. The fitter, Hussain arrived quickly and was friendly and efficient. I was back on the road in less than 40 minutes from when I first contacted Mobile Tyre Buddy, fantastic service.

Spoke to Zak for assistance as l am a first timer using mobile tyre service. I was afraid of being scammed mostly or them coming to assist at their own time,but he made it very easy and reassuring. In less than 30min after him booking me in their buddy van arrived at my location. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much will gladly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service picked us up from Ilkeston and dropped us at new hofton. He was there 19 minutes after made the call, i would definitely recommend 👌👍reasonable prices for services. I expected it being way more expensive 🙃 ((that was the cherry on top for me ))

Super quick and reliable service!
Woke up with a flat tyre the morning of my sisters wedding. Within two hours of contacting, we had a brand new tyre fully fitted and a health check done on all our other tyres. Cannot thank you enough - saved the day and was a super friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and reliable service! Thank you!

My tyre burst on the way to work, and Mobile Tyre Buddy came to the rescue. Adam arrived promptly and replaced the tyre without any hassle. The whole process felt safe and well-managed. I’ll definitely use them again.

My son had 2 flat tyres and I messaged these guys on what’s app got the price had to pay a £30 deposit (I presume to make sure I wasn’t fake ) they were with my son within the hour . Tyres done I paid the remaining via Apple Pay and he was on his way.
Very good service would use again

I had a flat tyre at work rang this company was told £150 deposit incase I cancelled and to pay the tyre fitter £140 for a tyre for a Volkswagen polo , tyre fitter who wasn't a tyre buddy one was excellent fast efficient really polite &I Def would use him again direct not thru tyre buddy Def would save £150 &I think they should of said that it was a non refundable £150 the tyre price I was fine with just not the £150 for tyre buddy answering the phone ....

Quote Increased After Agreement
Quoted one price, I agreed, then quote was edited (on WhatsApp) with an increase with no acknowledgement or explanation. Luckily I had not passed on any of my details prior to this and I said "thanks but no thanks". Trust lost at that point. Who knows what they'd have charged me once they got here.

Phenomenal service. I contacted them via WhatsApp at 9pm on bank holiday Monday due to a flat tyre and the car was needed for the school run in the morning. The tyre was fitted at 10.30pm and I am in a pretty remote part of Hampshire. Simply faultless.

Emergency service recommendation
Got a puncture tyre on a busy road during rush hour. A friend recommended this company. They were professional and helpful on the phone. The inquiries and payment instruction were clear. The team member who arrived was right on time and he was friendly, polite and professional. I haven't compared prices with other companies so I cannot rate the pricing. However, they saved the day so shout out to them.
