Recently installed an LM hoist and went out of their way to help at the car dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Then sent me extra fuses free of charge and talked me through how to get the hoist working. I’m not mechanically minded but we succeeded. Thank you for your patience.

Easy to make contact. Ordered with no problem(as I thought). Date and time for installation made. During fitting it was clear that the incorrect bracket for my electric chair had been supplied. Fitter solved problem and job was successfully completed. A quick phone call and a refund was given for incorrect bracket. Good job all round. Would use again.

The transfer of the hoist from one vehicle to another was carried out in cold and rainy conditions outside, but the engineer remain cheerful throughout and kept me informed on progress. Both vehicles were left in a clean and tidy condition and the hoist has been working well in the new vehicle ever since, A really good job.

Very easy from start to finish, assessment to install no problems no high pressure sales all questions answered .Fitter was very polite helpful and tidy and on time kept in touch so no waiting around wasting half the day . This has made it so much easier to get out and about even on my own starting to get my confidence back which is a big bonus I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

It started with a comprehensive demonstration, using my power chair as the item to be lifted. I was impressed and placed an order. The hoist was installed after a short wait. To do with my chair, I had a problem which Mobility in Motion fixed, no hint of extra costs and service with a smile. I wish all suppliers could be this pleasant and easy to do business with. Great professional service from enquiry to sale and instalation

The fitter was both polite helpful and informative. He did a quick tidy job and we have no complaints. The only thing that put the job down a peg was on the day of fitting he brought the wrong piece of equipment and had to come back on another day. Still good job done and I would have no hesitation in using the company again if needed

I'm very happy to say the staff at Mobility in Motion do an overly fantastic job for their clientele.
I've taken my walker there throughout time and have always had the greatest of service given to me. The Service Technician (Tim) is a gem, especially if the part is giving him trouble, look out he's on the job and gets it done!
One of the other staff Lynn, is so kind and courteous on the phone, and explains the work to be done, and always asks if you're ok with the work before and after to fix or change what's necessary.
I really don't leave many reviews unless very happy with the job done, and this company goes beyond it being a job to them ...it's about being compassionate to those (like myself) that have to use these medical devices just to be part of society.....which sometime isn't very compassionate.

A pleasing and professional service from original enquiry, answering questions that arose and finally the order being placed and the power lift fitted and demonstrated.

Hand controls excellently fitted. All done at the dealership ready for me to pick the car up. Courtesy phone call to check all was well. Very good experience all round.
