Very very good service
The technician who fitted the car boot hoist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He worked non stop for a few hours then took time to show me how it all worked. Poor chap hardly stopped for half a cup of tea. Well done!

I spent time in hospital
I spent time in hospital, I got unstable and veery week, I had to stay in because of the weight of my mobility scooter I got a host from you it as given me my freedom back its easy to use thankyou very much,from me and my family

Very happy with the boot strap and fitting.
Unfortunately the fitter recommended an automatic boot strut from a different company which, despite direct questioning by my son, proved completely inappropriate, as at 90 years of age I was unable to initiate closure of the boot. Wasted expense and a lesson learned for me!

Hoist difficult to use
We had a member of sales team come out who was good. The meachanic fitted hoist. However, the hoist had been difficult to us and it is impossible to get mt husband to sitting uoright.

Autochair hoist can be purchased for…
Autochair hoist can be purchased for £200 from Facebook. Requires 3 bolts and fixings kit. They will not sell to end user. Dealers want to rip you a off £850 to fit. It's a closed shop

Hello Richard, we do not advise on purchasing second hand hoists as there is no regulation of how the hoist has been used or proof to show it has been serviced regularly. This means we can't be sure if the hoist is in safe, working condition. Our prices are inclusive of our free end-to-end service (compatibility advice, demonstration appointment, installation of the hoist and a 3 year product warranty) as well as reflects the bespoke manufacturing process in the UK as the kits are vehicle specific.
