I have payed to remove adds 3 times now why are they back again! It should be a one of payment for every game I play within your card apps. I play 5 different and each one you want £4.99 a month for. So you’re asking me to pay £25 a month £300 a year to not watch adverts for card games!!! that’s not fair. Day light robbery adverts every minute so not worth it. Don’t waist your download time. Plus advert are repetitive and you can’t get out of them without watching the whole 60/120 seconds.

The ads take over your phone. You can't exit the ad, when you push the X to leave the ad, it takes you to their website. Other ads freeze your phone until they run their 2 X 6 seconds ads. Meaning you can't even swipe out of the game itself until the 2 ads finish. This is getting out of hand the control of our phones are being handed over to anyone. I don't feel safe with my personal data.

Great games but scam ads for Boots. Mobilityware do not seem to take responsibility for scam advertisers. Shame on them.

The MobilityWare is an online gaming company which has grown to a multi continent gaming platform. They have achieved this using number of Shady practices including game rigging, intrusive software, excessive advertisement, cheating, falsifying and not delivering the product that they got paid for. The platform is full of advertisements by fraudulent websites that are ripping the players on daily basis. There’s been several class action lawsuits against this company and its dishonest management yet they continue to operate without any accountability and remorse for their illegal actions and bandit behavior. This is another direct result of our government and Justice Department weakness when it comes to protecting their citizens against big corporations with lot of money and lobbying power. However after all said and done the number one to blame for this is us the people/consumer and our addiction to virtual space, flashing lights, explosions and colorful displays. We must learn how to be in control again!

I have played for years Spider solitaire 2-suit challenge every day until i solve the puzzle but for the last two months games I have won and the win recorded on the score card are now showing up as not played which makes a mockery of my monthly tallies. I am not prepared to replay games already played so I have decided not to continue playing.

This app has ads that WILL NOT go away and you can't clear them. You have to close out the app and reopen to get the ad to go away. Deleting my solitaire app.

The algorithms are geared toward generated characters. This is across several games I have played, including multiplayer. It is frustrating to continually lose after 2 hands are played. or to go through a complete game (like gin or spades) only to discover you could have never won. With multiplayer especially, the algos are geared toward the opposing team playing as a single person. Why waste money and time on games you cannot win? I am all for a good game, where you win some, you lose some. How can you have a good time playing a game where you lose 80% of the time?

I've been playing Texas hold em and hearts game the problem is chips cost to much ,and hearts game never get spades (tricks to win)

Mobilityware is pure trash. They lie to customers and are just a money scamming business. Should be shut down and made to pay alot of people back for the money they are scamming people out of.

Glitch after glitch glitch glitch glitch............. I've reached grand master 1 round 1 in for past day it's been nothing but glitch after glitch. Very annoying. Love the game but I'm about to uninstall it.

Hearts game appeared on my phone. When I clicked on it I was asked to accept or decline terms of service and privacy policy. I want to decline and get rid, but I can't! There seems to be no practical option to decline. The terms of service are pages long and I don't want to read them all for some hidden legal trap. It can't be an enforceable legal contract but how can I get rid of this scummy programme?
EDIT - I got rid of it by restarting my phone and uninstalling the programme, but that shouldn't be necessary.

Wish there was a 0 star, they don't deserve even a 1 star. I still play cuz it's free but this site more than sucks when it's mostly 1 sided deals for them, not YOU. SICKEST PROGRAMMING TO play to learn a strategy of the game. All other sites DONT program for apps to win mostly. All other sites most cheat, this site just make sure you play against 2 and more nils with mostly 7 bids and more. This is NOT random dealing or even close to fair dealing

I am addicted to the hearts game. The problem is that on my desktop three times I had climbed very high on the levels, and then for no apparent reason, it dropped me back down to zero. I think I had gotten up to about 35 or 36. On my phone it doesn't do this. Pat, I am super careful to not touch anywhere on the screen that's not one of the buttons. I'm at level 66 now and there aren't too many levels left

There is no customer service. In one game, Hearts, I am currently ranked as Grand Master 3. I reached Grand Master 2, but I haven't received the promotion. I took a screenshot to show them. Still no response. On top of that, my ranked dropped to the bottom. Don't waste your time and energy. It happened twice.

Their dominos game is rigged and there is no point in setting up a game like this. Why bother? Ads are nuts as well!

Had their freecell game for quite some time. Received notice that to continue I had to allow cookies. One allowing all, and one with options. In error pressed allow all (so didn't get chance to read or get options). It states in Google play they allow deletion of data but could find no way of contacting them to do this. Posted low star rating on Google play and reason. Got their response in G. Play that they were responsible with data and I should read their Privacy Policy (still no assistance re deletion of data). Pressed Privacy Policy in app in G. Play to be presented with "allow cookies" i.e. couldn't proceed to read the privacy policy (relating to cookies) unless I allowed cookies (with no options). Farcical. Still no deletion of data.
ADDITIONAL COMMENT. the link I pressed for privacy policy was a separate one under their app in Google Play. Above still holds good, but there's a link in their response to my Google review which does take me to their policy (haven't read it). But obviously anyone considering downloading the app from Google play should have access to their privacy policy (which includes cookies) without first having no option but to allow cookies beforehand, and if they say they allow deletion of data they should indicate how.
