Mobility World Avis 

I am very annoyed with Mobility World. I bought - by two separate orders - two white plastic bathroom stools with adjustable legs. They were £46.00 each. The first one was fine, but very costly for what it is. The second one had scratches on the seat and I wrote to complain. I was advised I would be sent a replacement seat - which did arrive. But it was even more scratched than the original. I am not impressed with a company that does not check a replacement and sends something worse than the item they are replacing. Additionally, the high cost of this item is really annoying; let alone the fact it is not in perfect condition. I have written two further emails and not received any response. These mobility aids cost a great deal of money, which is not really justified in this case for a small stool.

As a first time buyer/user of a mobility aid I was feeling overwhelmed by the options and worried about making the wrong choice. I was relieved that the phone was answered very quickly by Colin, who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to my needs including budget.
I am delighted with my Topro rollator which arrived the very next day and has given me back chunks of my life, not least, a walk in the park. Sadly, no excuse now for sending others shopping for me!

Having read your reviews about the Monarch back bag I was looking forward to using it.

Great customer service giving support when I ordered the wrong colour!

I placed an order for a powered wheelchair on the website on 01/12/2022 and it was delivered on 08/12/2022.

Once I had placed the order, a lovely lady telephoned me discuss my order. She was very helpful and understanding, and explained the ordering and delivery process to me.

The same lady also telephoned me several times to keep me updated on the wheelchair, and advised when it would be delivered.

On the day of delivery, a lovely gentleman telephoned me to inform me when he would be arriving. He brought the wheelchair into my house for me, gave me a thorough demonstration and helped me to practice using it.

I have been thoroughly looked after by this company from the point of placing my order to delivery. They didn't just take my money, they genuinely cared about me and made sure I was happy with the order and well informed throughout.

I was a bit embarrassed to have to order a product like this as I am only in my thirties, but due to health issues, I need this to go out safely alone. The company did not judge me at all, they supported me, and respected me. Thank you.

Order exactly as described and illustrated. Delivery reliable. After-sales enquiry dealt with extremely well.

Recently got outstanding support from Mobility World, the friendly team helped me get my mums scooter back on the road & got great service from the people at the store .. honest & friendly support.. and shipped my order out to Mum quickly.

The staff were so helpful, kind and courteous. I had to wait a little longer due to supply issues but I was kept informed at all times

Great service from Mobility World. There is a wide range of products, and I was pleased to find a charger for my electric wheelchair that I can use whilst travelling, so I so not have to worry so much about my chair running out.

The conversation and advise received from the salesman regarding a wheel chair for my Mum was helpful and proved to be correct. The wheel chair was delivered very quickly and we are very pleased with it

This is the first time I have placed an order with mobility World, the order was for Revitive Foot and Leg Cream. I contacted them via phone first to check availability of the item, not available anywhere in UK. Was advised they expected delivery within 3/4 weeks. Asked if they would accept order if placed online there and then and they said yes and I would be updated with progress. I also asked if I qualified for VAT exemption has I had Diabetes 2 and was advised yes. So win win for me. Placed order, within couple of days received phone call to advise when they expected stock, then received email advising order on its way and this was sent as a priority order.
Well impressed and will be ordering from mobility world in future.

Up-to-date emails regarding my order and the speedy delivery of the dressing aid bought, was very essential to enable my son to continue with his independence.

Needed a riser recliner quickly and it needed to be comfortable as I’m spending a lot of time in it.

From the moment my son ordered it, the customer service was excellent. Someone called to check the details followed by another call later in the day to confirm delivery details. It arrived in perfect time and apparently was easy to assemble.

I am delighted with my chair and with the service from Mobility World. Thank you so much.
