I ordered a playpen for my baby, a few days later it arrived! Was brilliant instructions for assembly and so easy I was able to do it myself with no tools. It’s also the cutest baby jail ever!

Cabinet looks good when assembled… but what a mission. The box had all the right pieces, but they were numbered incorrectly in the box so I had to disassemble and reassemble before the end. And the doors! The doors are so hard to get right. The latches are at the limit of their adjustment and they still rub when opening. And there appears to be no way to fix that, the over all tolerances have been used.
But once it’s done and the doors are closed, it looks smart. But I wouldn’t buy again based on assembly and daily usage.

Very straightforward process with ordering and delivery. We purchased the Sonata bunk bed for our daughter and she’s absolutely thrilled. The package deal with the mattresses was great value, and the bunk is super sturdy (especially that it manages my daughter climbing up the side of it). My folks tell me it was straightforward to assemble, but definitely benefited from having two people put it together.

Great variety of stylish products. Easy to navigate website. Fair descriptions of the products, with access to specs and instructions for assembly prior to purchase - so realistic expectations are set and met. Loved the style of the Eve table, very good price and was easy to assemble and is sturdy to use.

The bed is lovely, sturdy and looks exactly like in the pictures. Doesn’t look cheap despite the good price tag, and the colour is on point. The whole experience was really good, except that there’s no option to request what day to deliver. I had requested on a Tuesday if possible. It arrived on Monday and the delivery man never tried to call me when he was there so just went back to depot. I have to say that the lady who took my call at 5:30 pm when I was trying to make arrangements to collect it from the depot was super super nice and helpful. Overall, I would but again

I’m very happy with my new side table! It looks beautiful, is well made, and is a perfect addition to my home. The service was excellent and so fast. Highly recommend both the product and the great service!

I recently purchased the Hastings Desk to be used as a desk and sewing table. After a quick delivery, it was easy to put together as the instructions were very easy to follow. It is exactly what I expected as advertised. Totally recommend this desk,

Low quality product, poor customer service
I really want to return product and refund money but they replied email “ getting touch “auto reply , that’s all, they make time longer then they make over time for refunding days. Wasting money and time.

I loved the look of the side board I had brought, but on packing it was a bit alarmed at what I got myself into.
So I spent time to organise the pieces and read the manual and started to get it ready to assemble. Then a friend offered to help me, which was both reasuring and very useful to have an extra pair of hands to assemble it.
It actually came together easily and I am thrilled, it's all squared off, the draws and cubboards all work as they ought. I'm very happy with it, very happy.
