I am putting 5 stars only for the excellent customer service from Anne. Other than that I would not rate it with 5 stars, because after the payment and the note that an email confirmation for the purchase will be sent , it was not any email sent, so the order number, item number, etc. were missing and it was not any way in the website to communicate and ask question to a real person. The chat box was useless.
I was ready to cancel the purchase until finally I was able to communicate with the employee called Anne, who changed everything in a positive way.
