I placed order #227263S last Thursday at noon, lured in by the site’s promise to provide a tracking number within 24 hours. Their policy explicitly states that domestic orders are processed and shipped within a 24–48 hour window.

The reality? It took five days just to see a tracking number, and as of Friday—over a full week after ordering—the package still has not been physically handed over to USPS.

To add insult to injury, I paid 2.5x the standard shipping rate for domestic delivery. It is a blatant bait-and-switch to charge a massive premium for "fast" shipping while failing to meet even your own basic 48-hour processing window. Generating a shipping label on a Tuesday just to "stop the clock" on a processing deadline while the item sits in a warehouse for three more days is a deceptive business practice. The order STILL has not been handed off to USPS, despite it being nearly TEN entire days. You are better off ordering the international version, you'll pay a third of the price and get your order in the same amount of time anyways.

If you are looking for a company that honors its own stated policies and respects your money, look elsewhere.

Unresolved Domestic Non-Delivery and Confusing Tracking
I’ve ordered from this company before without problems, but my most recent experience has been disappointing due to shipping failures and lack of resolution.
I had a U.S. domestic order that stopped moving in transit and was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved and no concrete delivery or reshipment action has been taken.
At the same time, I also had an international order that was returned to sender and later marked as re-shipped. However, the same tracking number was reused, showing conflicting ship dates, which made it unclear when the package actually shipped or how long it had been in transit. I understand customs delays happen, but the tracking setup itself created unnecessary confusion.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of a clear resolution response. I repeatedly asked for escalation and a concrete solution, but received only “please wait” replies rather than action.
I’m posting this to document the experience and hopefully prompt proper escalation. I’m not looking for generic updates — just follow-through and accountability when shipments fail.

My problem is is when I made the purchase from modafinilusa The site said that it would be shipped by US postal service and arriving 3 to 4 days. after I made the purchase, I was notified that it was being shipped from India and it would take about 18 days. I tried to cancel the shipment online and it wouldn't accept it and I emailed them to cancel it but they didn't respond. then later they responded saying it was already shipped and I asked for a refund what they didn't respond.
