I should have checked the reviews before placing an order for merchandise I never f... received.

I never received my package as it has been over a month, when going on the site to track the order it say delivered but it has not been delivered, no response to the emails and no telephone number to contact, glad it was wasn’t a lot of money but $26 is a lot when you really don’t have it just to get scammed, YouTube needs to remove them from their ads!

Do not buy from Modaverity.com. I placed an order on August 7 for $52.16 and never received my items. They provide fake tracking information that eventually claims the package was "delivered." However, my home security cameras prove that no delivery truck or package ever arrived at that date and time.I attempted to contact them to resolve it, but they ignore customer service requests. I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Case ID: 25262603), and the BBB officially closed the case because Modaverity.com is not a registered business and cannot be physically located or contacted. They are running a total scam using fake tracking numbers to steal your money. Avoid at all costs!

I usually don’t order off these YouTube commercials but these outfits were cute for a good price, should have known better. They’re thieves been communicating with some fake ass AI transcript called customer service after three weeks still haven’t got a response or my items. I am so sick of these broke ass liars. I could have got me a seafood boil with MY money instead 🖕🏽

I ordered my outfits rush delivery on Aug 31, 2026 still have not received package but I contacted my bank and got money back. And it has a fake tracking system that is still saying my package is on the way

Motivity is a ripoff I've been waiting a whole month to get my package it was for my birthday and every time I checked it says that it was in transition it was in transit and then I get a message in my email saying that it's been delivered so I go to my door there's nothing there go to the mailman there's nothing in my mailbox and as it was stated before you can't call or text if you do there's no respond so they literally ruined my birthday present and got me for about $30 this should be illegal for them to do this

They scammed me just like the others. I placed an order and they took my money and sent me a fake tracking number. Today they finally updated to say it was delivered and it wasn't. I'm so pissed right now. I have already tried customer support and emails. Now I have to dispute with my bank and I am reporting them to the better Business bureau

If I could give this site a negative number for a review score I would. They are a complete SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Ordered several products and NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. Requested a refund and never received a response. Customer service never responds. They say that the package was delivered and signed for on September 4th but it was confirmed by the carrier that it was never received from them to deliver to me. They use scam tracking numbers for their orders. Buyers beware!!

It’s a month since I’ve ordered my money was was taken out my account and i haven’t received my package tried to call reach out and the number doesn’t exist .there was also tracking number claiming that my package was delivered how sick are these losers theses scammers should be caught and arrested im so disappointed I’ve been robbed !!!!

Ordered 2 piece outfit online after seeing commercial. They immediately took money out of my account but gave me no shipping or order information. It has been a month since I ordered and have not received package or update. When I check receipt from order it states "pending payment." However, payment was already taken from my account. This is a scam. Don't waste your money.
