True to size. Never disappointed with online shopping. Quality is 100% genuine and lasts for years.
Absolutely love Modelle! Especially the sleeved jilbabs, beautiful high quality fabric and design and at such a low price compared to my local boutiques. I’m so happy with my purchase that I bought an... Voir plus
The denim skirt I ordered was long, stiff and doesn’t enable for me to walk comfortably in. As for the sleeveless body dress, it has arrived in the wrong colour and yet again too long and stiff. When... Voir plus

The team at Modelle are incredibly efficient. Not only was my order picked and packed within hours of being placed, it was dispatched the same day! I have not received that level of service from any business in years. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend Modelle to everyone.

Never shopping from here again
Everytime I’ve purchased something online from here I never received a tracking number or shipping confirmation, and the shipping was 2-3 weeks delayed. Can’t believe it’s happened again and it’s been a month still haven’t received my delivery I’ve rang up the store several times but they keep trying to distract me and saying give us your number we’ll call you back and let you know what’s happening and I never hear from them again. The workers were trying to cover it up by saying there’s a covid delay when last time the manager said it shouldn’t have delayed that long and I should have received it by now. Worst customer service I have ever come across would never shop from here again.
