Modern Combat Sports Avis 40

Ordered a brand new item. Item came used and damaged. While they acknowledged from the photos that the item appeared used, they were adamant it must have come from the manufacturer that way. They offered a pathetic token refund and made it difficult to return, eventually failing to respond to emails. Won’t be buying from them again. Beware.

Excellent company, order arrived in the timeframe expected and Michael was very helpful. Unfortunately they had oversold one of items I ordered but it was quickly refunded.

Prices are far more competitive (Cheaper) for the same products than other suppliers. I also ordered next day delivery, Royal Mail wouldn't accept the parcel so the team called me and told me they had paid extra for FedEx delivery but due to Easter weekend it wouldn't arrive the next day so they covered the delivery cost.

Despite that it still arrived the next day!

Their customer service is EXCELLENT, you can always reach them on the phone or they respond via email very quickly.

Will definitely be my preferred go to supplier in future!

Preferably minus 5 stars as we placed a preorder in January and should have received the item by now. When locking at there website they still offer preorder for this item but shifting the delivery every date every week.
No updates no email what's going on, completely left in the dark.
They don't answered on emails nor the phone. Been trying to ring them for 4 weeks now.

The enjoyment over the years has earned MCS & Michael 5***** , you know if its in stock its getting to you in 2 or 3 days max , myself & friends always order in the week and it comes in 2 days no messing around expecially if its a marker / launcher, MCS take the delivery very seriously and professionally. Communication is very good . Sometimes the stock levels need to be higher but that's not even a negative. I don't go anywere else for markers / launchers there's no point , price is good and fair and the added delivery peace of mind makes the experience painless.

I've had maybe 5 or 6 guns from this company all very good, but for some reason now it comes up as unsecure site, so my phone doesn't allow me to access it.

Absolutely BRILLIANT! These guys have unparalleled customer service and superb stock, especially of the more unusually stocked items. Michael is amazing - fast email responses and regular updates on orders. Also very accommodating when it comes to returns. MCS is my first choice for everything anirsoft and air rifle.

Sold me a dodgy x tracer unit for hdx. I returned it within the 30 day period. Refused to refund. Now accusing me of using wrong charger. Stay away from these guys. Customer service is terrible. I won't spend another penny with these rip offs

Bought 2 krytac p90 magazines from them and they were delivered very quickly although they came without their packaging just in a large bubble wrap bag

I am absolutely disgusted with modern combat sports I placed a order with this company and in my opinion just stole my money

My order was just under £80 this company used Royal Mail to deliver my order and my order was delivered to the correct address I can clearly see that on the tracking and photo but I never received my order it was left outside even in the photo you can clearly see my order in the delivery person hand outside my front door but the front door is closed with my order still in his hand and everyone knows when you take delivery the delivery person will take a photo with the front door open with parcel in customer hand or inside the open door to prove delivery
I have told modem combat sports and PayPal and have not received my order or refund

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE BETTER AND SAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR TIME IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED ITS NOT MY FAULT YOURSELF AND ROYAL MAIL MESSED UP WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER LOSE THERE MONEY
I am contacting action fraud as there is 100% proff I didn’t receive my order even though the tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address it was never delivered to a human person it was left outside on a Main Street where around 300 people walk passed every hour and everyone can see it
