Fabulous experience with this store and owner. We went in to get my son’s glasses fixed because the screw came loose on the side. Not only did this wonderful man fix my son’s glasses perfectly, he polished them and even fixed another part of the glasses that I was not aware was broken. I will absolutely be using this store for all of our families optometry needs from now on.

My experience at this store was the best I could have asked for. The store is clean and welcoming. Jared was beyond helpful. He really went out of his way to help my daughter out with her three pairs of glasses. He went above and beyond. He was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this optical store for any and all of your optic needs!

I walked in with a bent earpiece on a pair of Raybans. Jared researched and found that the piece could be ordered for me. He then went ahead and carefully fixed the earpiece and the bent connector to the frame. This took about 15 minutes. When finished I offered to pay but was told that this service was free. Their posted mission and vision is to make customers happy at all times. When I need prescription glasses I will be back to enjoy their full service experience. My pup appreciated the fresh water outside too!

This store is great. Dealt with Jared now and Vlad before. They will guide you through what you need, and take great care of you. They stand by their product, and customer service and care level is exceptional.

Jared was kind enough to fix a broken pair of sunglasses of mine very quickly and absolutely free of charge. In the brief time I had to look around the shop, the selection of glasses and sunglasses was terrific, so I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m looking.

Everything about Modern Day OptX is how an optical store should deliver for customers.

The first time I met Jared was to have lens put in a pair of new frames, I had not even purchased from the store. He treated me as a customer who had and gave me an honest, no hard sell for a quality of lens that yes cost more but have proven to be the most durable and easy lens to care for. They are the best lens I've ever had.

That was two years ago and last week I walked in having bent my frames pretty significantly including have screws loosen in the damage. Without a pause Jared fixed the frames, despite my not purchasing them from him, returning them back to original condition. When I asked what the cost for the repair would be, without missing a beat, Jared told me it was complimentary. Wow! He did the same thing to replace missing no pad on my sunglasses, also not purchased with him.

Simply the best optical store I've ever used. Jared just approaches things from a place of wanting to provide great service and take care of his customer knowing it will create loyal customers. It sure has for me!

Fantastic spot of you're in search for good looking glasses. They have a great collection and are super helpful. They helped me out with tuning up my current pair as well.

This is my favorite eyewear store in terms of the modern design and the variety of choices of its eyeglass frames. The store owners are very friendly, offer personalized recommendations, and have elegant tastes.
