Found the item for a better price and it wasn't listed on mod sens

Just the other day I checked this website for a pair of pants made by the manufacturer EDIKTED. The website showed the cargo pants at approximately $97 at nordstrom. However, when I scrolled down and searched myself I found the same pair of pants on the EDIKTED website for $73. I'm not sure why it didn't show up but when I checked it I did not see it on their site for comparison.

Unexpected Delight!

You'd think during the pandemic, without any prior knowledge of this website you couldn't expect satisfactory results! I have just received my delivery TODAY after inquiring about its whearabouts. Yhey immediately sent me tracking information prior to its arrival!

Note that their website is an "in-between" stores and distributors and they have specific instructions on their website to ensure as well as insure product acquisition.

I'm obviously very happy and have bookmarked this website for future use!

Extremely and Highly Disappointed

I placed a order on this site for some boots that I been looking for, for over a week. Located those boots on this site processed my order. Then get a email requesting proof of purchase, had to send copy of ID and cc used last 4 digit matching. Sent that information. All was good, all is confirm. Then get another email stating my order didn't process because they didn't get a confirm purchase from me. When I emailed customer service rep (Bella) over 5 times. Extremely and highly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend

I am pretty bummed about my experience with this company. As a graduate of a fashion school, I thought this idea was really cool! I couldn’t find a dress anywhere and found it here. My order had been processed for ten days, so I sent one email and then sent another and never heard back. Was very friendly, just asked what was happening with my order. I then reached out to the retailer who Modesens said had the item and they apologized and said that they were out of stock. Someone from Modesens has yet to email me or call me back still which I think shows that their customer service is pretty poor. In addition, why would you have an item or retailer on your site if it’s not even in stock. Definitely not a good look for a first customer. I won’t be using them again.

As I am posting this review I don’t see any positive reviews about this company.

I am sorry that we cannot find any email from you. I wonder if you sent to wrong address? You can reply to any of the order email you received from our system. Or, you can email us at assistant@modesens.com. We will be happy to assist you with question you have.

I am able to locate the order under your name. Your order cannot be processed by our partner store as it becomes sold out after they confirmed the order with us. Our system has emailed you the cancellation of the order and your payment authorization has been voided by our system. You can check latest order status once you login to your ModeSens account as well.

I purchased a YSL shirt on this web…

I purchased a YSL shirt on this web site several days ago, and received a confirmation from ModeSens, and also they took the money out of my account immediately.
Then the next day, they gave me this weird message that I am copying exactly below. They wanted my drivers license and a copy of my debit card, etc. etc. I immediately emailed them to please give me their telephone number, as I buy from all over the world, and NO ONE has ever asked for this kind of information - and especially since the money had already been deducted out of my account by Mode?Sens for the shirt. See below the email I received from them and no telephone number of call back for explanation:

After making a purchase they pulled the money out of my account immediately only to reply 15 minutes that they don’t have the item at the price I bought it for... THEN WHY HAVE IT ON YOUR SITE?!? They took my money instantly and 6 hours later I haven’t gotten it back YET?!? I need to order shoes for an event and they are going to ruin it. They don’t even have a phone number to call.
