I ordered a ring and wasn’t positive on size and I was wrong. I exchanged ring after using the ring sizer that came with the ring. Now I have the correct size ring and absolutely love it!! The ring sparkles and you can’t tell it’s not real.

There website auto correct to a different city then the original address. When I contacted them they said there was nothing they could do. I have called usps trying to find my rings and come to find out the tracking number has been used more than once so my package is just gone. I’m very disappointed in all of this. Also come to find out when looking at more reviews from a different site on modern gents this happens more than you think and also the rings are CZ stones that fall out after a couple months of wear. No where is it advertised that the stones are CZ. This place is selling cheap jewelry for an over price. Will never buy from again.

I get endless compliments on my ring (The Scarlett), about the shape and size. It is so beautiful, shiny and perfectly fit. My fiancé got his wedding band from here as well and the quality is amazing. I highly recommend these rings!

Oh My Goodness! I purchased a very beautiful band from ModGents.com but wearing it was a bit uncomfortable around the edges so I submitted a return/exchange with ModGents.com. First of all they were very eager to make things right and the return or exchange went very smoothly and without any hassle at all which I appreciate more than I can say.

The ring I wanted to exchange was the Artemis (beautiful baguettes ring!) for the Alia another gorgeous ring with different shaped and position stones. I had been on the fence when initially choosing the band but had gone with the “safe” more traditional look which I loved on my finger but was somewhat uncomfortable. So when i received my exchange the Alia in gold it was breathtaking out of the box and even more so on my hand. I can’t tell you how it sparkles at every opportunity and has so much fire and light emanating off it is truly eye catching! It goes perfectly with the solitaire Elena in gold.

It’s been about a week since I started wearing both rings together and separately and I get constant compliments on it and even get the under the breath “my gxx how much did these cost!” So I can tell you from first hand experience the jewelry is stunning (I have more pieces in my cart now) the fit true to sizing rings, the company is exemplar to deal with honestly I can not say enough great things about ModGents.com! I highly recommend this company they stand behind their policies and are a delight to work with if needed. The jewelry pieces you select will be among your favorites and the nice thing is you won’t be afraid to wear them or feel guilty as I was with mined diamonds.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a ring I purchased, which arrived on March 30th, 2026. Less than two months later, the item has already severely tarnished. The "gold" finish has completely worn off to a matte silver, despite strict adherence to your provided care instructions. While my warranty claim was approved today after I submitted photographic evidence, I was shocked to find that I am being charged a $16 shipping fee to replace a defective item. Forcing customers to pay out-of-pocket to fix a manufacturing defect is unacceptable, especially when the product quality does not match what you advertise. As a result of this experience, I will no longer purchase from Modern Gents, nor will I recommend your brand to others. I request that this shipping fee be waived as a gesture of basic customer service for a faulty product.

When I ordered these rings, 1st was the Camille, it's quality looks and feels real, then I wanted to buy the Iris and Zoey as a wedding set. I love my jewelry; I have fooled a many for what they thought was real diamonds and white Gold.

I own about 12 pieces of jewelry from Modern Gents and I could not be happier with my purchases.

I have multiple necklaces, bracelets, and rings I alternate throughout the week. Several of the pieces I've had for two years now and they look just as good as when I first purchased them.

I did have to get my favorite ring set replated recently and it was a super simple process. Mind you, I wear this set daily and I work a lot with my hands and wash my hands constantly so I expected this to happen at some point. This is common even with real gold rings, they need to be replated periodically.

I contacted Modern Gents through their site and submitted two photos of the rings. They approved the request to have them sent back in. I covered the shipping costs and within a week, I got a new set back.

Because of the great warranty and customer service, I decided to order yet another set of rings to my collection!

I would love for them to add more everyday jewelry to their collections, everything is just so beautiful!

Beautiful timeless ring and earrings. The absolute perfect upgrade to my ring for Mother's Day without having to break the bank. Everyone has given me so many compliments on it. Ordering was super easy and shipping was very quick.

Was very disappointed. I ordered the Brielle and the Shay. They look like plastice. The Brielle gem looks worse than a CZ, hardly any sparkle or shine. I got the silver version and both pieces, definitely, disappointed in quality and look. When trying to request a return it continued saying my order was not found. I'm waiting to hear from customer service but I don't recommend nor will I purchase anything else.

EDIT- Yes, I was contacted via a phone call from someone at the company. I didnt call back because there is no reason to. I requested a return so there is nothing more that needs to be done. Part of my disappointment IS the fact that I have to go through the process of printing the label, boxing it up again and making it to the post office before 5. I dont have the extra time during those hrs, which is why it hasn't been sent back yet. Doing a return is NOT convenient in any way.

What attracted me to Modern gents was the Scarlett and then I saw the Giselle as well I debated this for the past few months but I finally got a really good coupon with free shipping so I said why not this would make an excellent birthday present for myself as well as mother's Day present for mom. I received my order pretty quick every piece I got was very beautiful and worth it I'm happy there's a lifetime warranty on each piece and you can wear them everyday regardless of the occasion. I love that they don't charge extra for double digit sizes especially that I went up a half a size bigger than my normal size since I do have arthritis flare ups as well as occasional hand swelling

Their jewelry is gorgeous. It looks like high quality pieces but not the high price. I can’t say enough about their customer service. It is top notch in my opinion. I’ve never worked with a company that was consistent in getting back to make sure that they were on your request.
They are an excellent company to work with and if I could give them ten stars I would have.

Very beautiful ring! I can’t say it’s exactly like the descriptions or pictures on listing. But it’s out of my expectation when it arrives. My son said the round thing is “too big”.

I also appreciate the customer service so much. They are very professional and patient. I especially care about if they would replace or exchange for a new ring if the plating wears off, and they said yes! That confirmation gives me a lot of confidence in their product. Not only on their promise to keep change if it wears off, but also showing their confident in their product.
