Modern Gents is the perfect example of a company that hides behind flashy marketing while selling sub‑par jewelry. Their so‑called “lifetime warranty” is nothing more than a clever play on words. You don’t get a warranty—you pay for it. And the price they charge to “service” your jewelry is basically the same cost as buying an identical piece on Amazon brand new. So what exactly is the point? Why would anyone spend more money for a “lifetime warranty” that requires additional payments every time you need to use it? That’s not a warranty. That’s a subscription to disappointment. The quality of the jewelry itself is nothing special—lightweight, cheap-feeling, and absolutely not worth the markup. You can find the same style and quality online for a quarter of the price with no gimmicks attached. This company relies on misleading marketing and fine print to make their products seem premium when they’re anything but. I’ll never purchase from Modern Gents again, and I strongly recommend others save their time and money. Just buy the same thing on Amazon and skip the scam.

They provide a level of Customer Service that is seldom seen in larger chain stores. They treat their customers like family. They answer questions, fully, and in terms that most customers can understand. They don’t beat around the bush and leave everyone wondering what could possibly be meant. They don’t send questions off to a department knee-deep in computers and AI generated responses. They take the time out of their day to respond to customers one on one, human to human and that’s what makes Modern Gents one of the great companies that provide amazing customer service.

This company is amazing!! Their rings are beautiful, affordable and such great quality! I have ordered many pieces from Modern Gents and I love them all! I just bought the Bella in gold to add to my stack with the Eternity and Amber, and I am obsessed! The Amber is perfect for someone who wants a beautiful piece that is stunning without being too much, and that is what I love about it! The Eternity is a perfect pave band that shines so bright, and the Bella just adds maximum sparkle without being too much and helps add a vintage look to the modern day pave band. I’m simply obsessed! This triple stack is everything!

Amazing customer service and product

Great ring and fast shipping! I wanted a stand-in ring until I loose weight and can wear my wedding ring again. I am very picky and very hesitant to spend over $100 on a ring that might look fake, but this ring is beautiful and looks about as close to the real thing as you can get. I will for sure be buying more rings from this company!

I ordered the Meredith and two Gwens to flank it. It's a stunning set!! I must tell you though, my first order, the rings were slightly too big because I sized up. My wedding ring is a 7.75 so I ordered 8s. The 8s were definitely too big so I returned and ordered 7.5s and they are perfect! The whole return process was just as AMAZING as the rings! These ring quality is top notch and I've already received compliments on the first day out in them!
