The watch is really good and the service from the company is great the revert back to your emails in short time more over the quality of the product is immaculate.

The service was excellent and fast! The watch is awesome.

I placed an order and paid. Money went off my account. Did not get any confirmation rightaway. I had to contact the company to get an updated. The product was delivered after almost 3 weeks, but it was ok. Any kind of instruction manual missing, would have been helpful.

You sent me a different watch. I ordered a Seiko, this is a crime.

Product purchased on April 20th and shipped on May 6th, 2026, all according to the purchase criteria, where the established delivery time was 15 days. Thank you.

So I purchased a Panerai watch after checking by email the 43mm size described on their website. All other Mod sites had the same watch as 40mm, but I was assured by Modhouse their size was definitely 43mm bigger than the rest. So I placed my order based on this and also asked for the Seiko name to be removed from watch face.
When watch arrived it was 40mm not the 43mn as promised, and the Seiko name hadn't been removed..
I have so far sent WhatsApp and emails but had no reply.

( UPDATED )I ordered a custom watch from ModHouse. During the design process it was clearly agreed in writing that the logo on the dial would have a stainless-steel style finish.

When I received the watch, I immediately noticed that the logo was not the stainless-steel style that was agreed. I informed them right away in my first message after delivery. but the logo finish was clearly different from what had been specified.

After discussing this with ModHouse, they acknowledged that the final result did not fully match the stainless-steel effect that was requested. However, instead of correcting the issue or offering a proper solution, they only offered a small partial refund or a discount for another purchase.

When I continued to request a proper resolution (refund upon return or correction of the logo), they eventually closed the case and refused further discussion.

I believe a custom product should still match the agreed specifications, especially when those specifications were confirmed in writing before production.

Klarna realized their mistake and paid me back out of their own pocket because of this company. And they still act like what they did was ok. I guess that tell’s you enough not to order from these people. And if you do. Get everything on paper and everything checked out ! But better just find a better company who doesn’t do shady practices if you ask me.

I bought a watch (Daytona Rose Gold) as a gift for my boyfriend and he was happier than ever. The delivery respected their policy and the packaging was awesome. Also, their customer support was very responsive!

I’ve had my fair share of watches, but this one from Modhouse is something else. The quality is impressive solid, sleek, and just feels luxurious on the wrist. The design is exactly what I wanted, and it actually looks even better in real life than in the photos. Shipping was fast, and the packaging made it feel like a proper gift to myself. Excellent customer service. There was a slight delay with the delivery of my watch, the ModHouse team answered all of my questions promptly, reassuring me that the watch would’ve arrived within their declared shipping timeframe, which can be kind of long depending on the case (15-30 days), but that is completely justified as they assemble the watches by hand, also this is stated in their shipping policies clearly. However the watch arrived, and it is absolutely beautiful, I got the Oyster Galaxy, and I must say that it is the best looking watch I’ve ever had, even automatic with a seiko movement, and it also comes with a link remover in the watch box, wow, not even top brands are doing this.
4 months after, here I am again about to get me a nice GMT this time, I hope it all goes well again just like it happened for my first order, but I am pretty sure it will!!

Avevo delle difficoltà e dei chiarimenti da sapere, quindi ho contattato i produttori ed oltre a rispondere subito mi hanno guidato e aiutato passo passo per fare il meglio della scelta. L’orologio (ho scelto il Oyster Galaxy Dial) è arrivato in una confezione curata e in perfette condizioni. Appena l’ha visto, mio marito è rimasto senza parole — il quadrante è davvero spettacolare, molto più bello che in foto.

La qualità si percepisce subito, sia nel peso che nei dettagli. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce e il servizio clienti gentilissimo: hanno risposto subito a un paio di domande che avevo prima dell’acquisto.

È raro trovare online un prodotto così ben fatto e un’attenzione al cliente così seria. Consiglio assolutamente Modhouse Watches a chi vuole regalare (o regalarsi) qualcosa di speciale.
