Hi Francesco,
Thank you for your feedback.
We've made sure to be over communicative with you on delays with your order, however you were not taking any of it. We were diligent enough to offer you a refund if you were not willing to wait. Come time to send you the product, as soon as the item shipped out to you, you went ahead and opened a chargeback with your bank.
We've reached out to you after the chargeback and informed you to give us a call to see how we can help you further, you refused to do that. You have since received the product and refuse to communicate with us after numerous emails. We are now forced to handle this with your bank and report your transaction as potential fraud.
