Let's start off with how pleased I was with everything and how friendly and helpful everyone was.
I was very concerned about buying this container without seeing it first. Wyatt keep reinsuring me not to worry it was going to be a good container. He said if I don't like it, not to drop it and send it back. I felt better with that statement. Wyatt is the sales person who took care of all my questions from start to the end. I was asking multiple questions throughout this sale to have a better feel of what to expect and needed to do. Wyatt followed up any questions I asked and keep me updated as things progressed.
Jeff was great working out a speeded delivery. There was a problem with the delivery driver who had to cancel my delivery because of illness. Jeff quickly rescheduled a new delivery date with Shannon which was originally set to be delivered friday. Jeff, even with the driver issue he managed to have it delivered that monday.
Shannon who delivered the container took a lot of time doing his best to place it so I would have very little work with my part of the move. Where I wanted the container placed Shannon could not because of the trees being in the way. Shannon placed the container almost perfect. With my come along, chain and a tree the unit slid on a heavy pipe right to where I wanted it.
The container is in great shape and I am very happy.
This purchase went very well. It felt like old times when you were helped with people who really cared.

First off the prices are great and the container is perfect for what we needed. Best price thst I could find. My only trouble was I was told it would be the first delivery for the morning I had to have it. I called them four times and left messages and was not even called back. Sent a text with the same results. This would be with the contact I was working with the week prior. I get it, the delivery company is a contracted out and they messed up. But at least call me back. As of this review it’s been 24 hours and not a call back to make sure things worked out.

Now it's been 2 years and i still have a water leak and in 2022 they switched to MyContainerRental.com to take the payments. Who has botched the accounting. I've been busy and travel for a living. One day I noticed that I hadn't seen a charge for the box in my bank statement for a while.
So, I reached out to them via email to see if it was paid for or if the auto pay had been interupted as it had been before. Mind you, I've heard nothing from then until I made contact. I asked for a payoff to see where I was in payments. They refused to show me anything related to the contract. They immediately started in with I'm $2400 behind. Some of this is from late fees that had never been added to my account before. I keep having to prove I've made payments. First they said their system shows 15 payments made. Then it was 18 after I showed more made. Then they got the first payment date wrong, now they changed it to 19 payments made. That would be May of 2023. However, they show i made payments up to September 2023.
That would be 21 payments. For a total of over $5000.00

I've now paid nearly $5000.00 for a $3000.00 20' used container. They won't show me anything but excel sheets they fabricate everytime, that aren't even correct. After 5k in payments they say i can pay it off with another $4000.00
Buyer beware of these predators.
What they do should be criminal. Now they are threatening me while I'm working 1800 miles from home that they'll repossess the container.

The below review was made shortly after I ordered the box. That didn't show up on time. However, Dave took care of compensation for the day I wasted waiting after I left a bad review.

Originally I had given only 1 star out of frustration. However, almost immediately I was contacted by the owner and was assured that my satisfaction was their goal. It was refreshing to see someone care enough to follow though. These days you don't get that often. I'll now recommend Modugo as a happy customer. ( time changes all ) I do not endorse this company and warn all to avoid.

Was needing a container fast....Really like this company. They give you what you need at a really great price. Checked out other container units companies, they were doubled or more the price of this company. Would highly recommend them.

Great people to work with. Was unsure of size to get and sent them photos and they worked with there drivers and provided a solution.
