Amazing support

Initially, I thought they were pricey but when I compared their service compared to similar companies they provided good value for money.

What Mojohost excel at is their customer support, they're always on hand to assist night or day and always solve problems promptly.

Upon reviewing your case, and as it was originally explained in your support ticket, the initial delay was due to our fraud prevention algorithms, which are in place to protect our clients and their interests. We are a global business, and do not discriminate against any geographies. We regret any lack of timely communication in this regard and appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved this matter.

Our records indicate that following the resolution of the fraud alert, our team worked diligently to support and complete the custom provisioning of your CDN zones. We aimed to ensure your service was set up correctly and efficiently, tailoring the configurations to meet your specific needs.
Subsequent to all of these efforts, I was the one who pushed back a full refund of your payment after you cancelled service ten days later with the reason given "I just change my mind."

Moreover, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and service quality. Our service was absolutely fantastic, first-class from start to finish. For us, it's awkward for a sale to not pass fraud algorithms, and that is why we replied personably with thoughtful questions to establish the legitimate nature of your order.

It seems you failed to recognize or appreciate any of our efforts during this experience. You never did to correct this terrible review, which you wrote prior to even working with us and establishing service, a full two weeks before cancelling with a reason of "I just changed my mind." My personal response to this was a full 100% refund of your entire order, which you didn't even ask for, and I think this is an amazing example our our relentless commitment to #GoodMojo and always doing the right thing.

Best Host You Can Imagine

I've been hosting with Mojo for longer than I can remember. I was a with another host back in 1999, and shortly after switched to Brad and Mojo shortly afterwards for more capacity at about 2/3rds the price. So I think it's been about 20 years at this point.

In all that time, their service has never been less than perfect, and I cannot be more pleased. Brad is awesome and so are his people. Another reviewer mentioned the exceptional support offered by Jerry, and I had an identical experience. I also have a server that runs old legacy software several of my clients depend on and that aren't feasible to upgrade. Getting these ported to a new machine was not simple by any means, but Jerry went above and beyond to make it happen and get everything working. It could have cost me and my clients thousands of dollars to try to fix the software issues, and he and Mojo got things working for no extra cost.

To say I was impressed is a vast understatement. You will not find better service anywhere. As that other reviewer said, no amount of money could entice me away from MojoHost.

​It wasn't by choice that I started…

​It wasn't by choice that I started using Mojo back in 2013 when they acquired the hosting company that​ I'd been happily using for the last few years. And, to be completely honest, the 1st 3 or so years were really uneventful. Aside from some basic stuff (setting up domains, emails, FTP access, etc.) I can't remember having to contact support for any problems whatsoever. Then came the server move in Jan 2017 & my introduction to Jerry...

Let me 1st say that I am FAR from tech savvy. Sure, I can hand code basic HTML based on 1997 standards like nobody's business, and I can still WYSIWYG with the best of'em, but you give me access to script or database files & I can f sh** up like nobody else. When I screw up, it's f'ing biblical. Let me also say that the script that runs my sites is OLD - it's from 2001 & not only am I the only webmaster that I know of that still uses it, the person that wrote it had been MIA for about 10 years. I was scared sh**less to move to a new server, so I asked Jerry if we could move just 1 domain over that was using the script to test it. So he did & it was nothing but Internal Server Errors :( I then asked him if he could look at it & see if it was something simple & of course, it wasn't. I honestly don't even remember asking him if he could fix it, because it's not his f'ing job to fix my old unsupported script. Over the next few days, Jerry bent over backwards repairing a script that he'd probably never seen before so that it would run on the new machine and when he finally got it working, I was as happy as a fat kid in a candy store! He then moved the other domains over & one by one, fixed them all. Hell, he even fixed my circa 2009 vBulletin message board! I fully expected to see, at the very least, a couple $100 added to my next monthly invoice. I was not charged a f'ing dime. This man, who I'd probably never communicated with before the server move, basically saved my websites & my company.

Since then, it's been smooth sailing. I submit a ticket & they get back to me 15-30 minutes later to tell me it's done. But because of how Jerry handled that server move, you couldn't drive a dump truck full of cash up to my house to entice me away from Mojo. I'm here until 1 of 2 things happens: I die or the hamster does :)

Proactive high quality hosting services

Have been a more than satisfied MojoHost client for a little over four years. Uptime, support and customer care have all been exemplary but the true test of a good host is whether they do things proactively to improve or if they only make progress reactively. MojoHost is always working to enhance their services and I routinely get notified of new upgrades they added at no expense for me without even being asked. If you own any digital property it deserves to be hosted properly by MojoHost. Really.
